Why does Reddit allow questioning and denial of the Armenian Genocide?

To be fair, that thread was posted in the Turkey-specific subreddit. The replies aren't so surprising then, even if they are redditors at the end of the day.

Still, though, as to Reddit itself I imagine it's mostly because hardly anyone knows about let alone gives a shit about the Armenians or whether or not their Genocide happened who isn't Turkish or Armenian.
