Send null a fine moldy cheese and maybe you'll be forgiven. For real advice talk to an actual mod and see if they can change it for you so that you have a pic but don't have the chance to spread the horid visage of the server destroying phallus. Usually just talking to the people who actually make these decisions and rules is better then pissing in the wind.
 
Start a thread in talk to staff. There, send them the dick pic in question and confirm that's why your pfp priveleges have been suspended.
