Everybody has shit to deal with in their lives, you can't give a free pass to child shooters just because they were bullied or couldn't get laid. The police won't hesitate to shoot you down when you wave a gun in their faces just and a judge won't give you a lighter sentence after murdering children just because they know you might've had it rough. Mental illness and bad upbringing might be a factor, but it doesn't change that were'd dealing with individuals who are mostly aware of what they're doing and have a choice. Lots of people have to deal with more severe issues than, say, Elliot Rodger, yet still don't kill innocents because they couldn't get come poon. Also, by the same logic, why not blame all crime on society rather and give handouts to all felons?

In short, your "it's all society's fault!" shtick is neither insightful nor helpful.

If you want to be smart, OP, go watch some intellectual show called "Rick and Morty".
