Why is cannibalism wrong?

As fags continue to spawn more amygdala-disfunctional offspring in petri dishes with rented wombs, and more functional amygdala people get increasingly desensitised to disgust by perpetual exposure to disgusting things, this will move from joking haha to seriously what are you a phobe, real quick.

This is the next logical step of liberalism. Remember when the leather guy on the parade float was disgusted by Will & Grace? Some of you will be too young to remember. In the olden days, people used to be disgusted by disgusting things. That used to be enough reason to say no. I believe it was called The Wisdom of Repugnance.

It undercuts the pork industry and the NFDA.

Still insist?

"The absence of anti-cannibalism statutes (again, for the most part) doesn't mean, however, that the law is looking the other way.

For starters, of course, you can't kill someone and eat them. And it doesn't matter whether the person agrees to be killed (as was the case with Armin Meiwes, mentioned above, who spent eight years in prison for his act). Even with consent, it's still murder.

Second, laws forbid desecration of corpses.

But as Reuters revealed in an extensive 2017 expose, if you really want to buy human body parts, you can probably do so. While the National Organ Transplant Act of 1984 prohibits the buying and selling of organs for transplantation, Reuters found that the law on organs used for education or research is lax.

"In most states," Reuters reported, "anyone can legally purchase body parts."

But be forewarned. In addition to questions about edibility, the prices for human body would be a deal breaker for most aspiring cannibals. In 2018, Westword newspaper examined the body trade in Colorado and found, for example, that one purveyor charged $200 for an elbow and $600 for an arm and shoulder.

Some people, however, have found affordable legal ways to indulge in cannibalism: Eat parts of yourself.

That's what a Reddit user calling himself IncrediblyShinyShart did last year after his foot was amputated following a motorcycle accident and the surgeon let him keep it. He invited friends over for dinner, which included tacos made from his foot meat. Their assessment of the flavor: "beefy.""

Is It Legal to Eat Human Flesh?

Bon appétit.

I think it depends on who's doing it. you have third world niggers ripping into flesh like ferral animals, and then there are actual humans who'll take the time to actually prapair the flesh like an actual dish.

To sincerely answer OP
Wrong in what context?
Like, just because a sports car is the wrong tool for roofing a building does not mean that sports cars are wrong per se
In the same way, it is hard, if not impossible, to make a "cannibalism is wrong per se" argument that applies in every situation and every case

A fun fact is that it doesn't even have to be brains, or human meat. Kuru is in the same family as mad cow. The diseases are undetectable, incurable, and have a mortality of 100%. Look into CWD if you never want to eat venison again (I still do).
Yes, it doesn't have to be, but it is a guaranteed way to make your infection rate skyrocket! Compared to almost zero risk!

When I saw this thread, I thought it said "Why is Canada Wrong?"

This is now a thread about why Canada is wrong.
Because of all the cannibals

In May 2012, Jun Lin (Chinese: 林俊; pinyin: Lín Jùn; December 30, 1978 – May 24 or 25, 2012), a Chinese university student, was fatally stabbed and dismembered in Montreal, Canada, by Luka Rocco Magnotta, who then mailed Lin's hands and feet to elementary schools and federal political party offices.[1] After a video that showed Magnotta mutilating Lin's corpse was posted online, Magnotta fled Canada, becoming the subject of an Interpol Red Notice and prompting an international manhunt. In June 2012, he was apprehended in Berlin.[1]

You don't want to be like a Canadian, do you? They don't value life the way we do.

Moralistic Fallacy doesn't demand a retort. It isn't sensible for food to pretend to hold some position of superior morality over me based on nothing.
You type like you enjoy phallusies.
anyway

It's "morally wrong" == objectively bad for society (this is what "morally wrong" had used to mean before philosophy became a soyence of the gaps in search of justifications for pedophilia).
A society facing starvation shouldn't be eating each other, eating each other is the "easy" way out that destroys it. When other people are literally on the table, you have a short-term incentive to not work and not collaborate. Why work? Eat a neighbor.

Also prions.

I'd like to let Clara watch me butcher his or her dead family members and grind them into bratwurst and see how they react.

I'm guessing the response wouldn't be this dispassionate lolbert stance. It's easy to talk about things like this when the possibility never faces you.
