With the election of Ronald J. Fuckwit DRUMPF in 2016, fucking fascism suddenly appeared in the United States. Neo-Nazis seem to be fucking everywhere nowadays, at the local Planned Parenthood, at fucking Drag Queen Story Hour, and even at my gender-neutral child's FUCKING transition clinic. It seems that everywhere I go there are these fucking Nazis trying to turn us back 800 fucking years. What the actual fuck???????? Has anyone else noticed this fucking shit? Were there always this many fucking fascists? Upboat this.

The fierce push towards individualism has destroyed all sense of community in the United States.

I would also draw attention to which citizens are being pushed towards individualism, because if it was happening universally, I'm not sure you would see this level of animosity.
The current shrinking majority populace (Traditional White Christians) are at once being told to live free from collectivist pigeonholes, while also watching the militant encouragement for nonwhites to band together. This is bipartisan and is being enforced from both major parties, which is unusual. It signifies that neither party thinks that it is worth trying to capture their votes, as they're quickly becoming the new demographic minority, and thus won't be as significant in the potential voter pool. When you have a large chunk of a population that sees their governing power diminishing, it should be no surprise to see a collectivist uprising. Whether this is morally justified depends on your viewpoint.
On the other hand, I think mixed children might have it the worst. They had individualism forced upon them before they were born. The biggest tragedy is that they will be the ones rejected by everybody if this heats up to anything more violent than it already has been.

Serious answer? The main alternative belief being pushed on the public is that certain demographics are guilty by birth, and need to have their money and opportunities taken from them and given to the superior demographics who've never done anything wrong. Add in the years of callout culture turning into cancel culture turning into literal violence, with the schools, media, and one of the major political parties pandering to these people, a lot of the guys on the receiving end of this are turning a belief system that tells them they're worth something, and shows them there's a better way for them.

Seriously, think about the younger people who've spent their teens and young adulthood dealing with this stuff-- they're not going to be fans of the system that led to all their problems.
