Why is Greg Gutfeld so incredibly unfunny?

Does anybody find this clip funny? Beyond Greg's new show being not funny it's cringe, tryhard and desperately attempting to seem counter culture. The joke is pretty much "haha black people are poor"

Yeah the sneed reference he did gives me hope that the writers will work out the kinks to the show. Comedy writing needs time to develop.
