Why Is It So Hard to Imagine Something Better Than Capitalism?

Usually the "something better" people come up with either, assumes everyone can/will have the same priorities as those who came up with the system, or ignores basic human instincts and attempts to rewrite humans as some altruistic species.

Capitalism simply assumes the basic truths (i.e. people need things other people have) and then allows people to participate in that system however they like, however much/little they'd wish. Obviously you can get into more specific forms of Capitalism, but for the most part the concept is just some basic evolution or survival instinct shit and you go from there.

because what is most often meant by capitalism is communism which is just a xix century wrapper for political economy theories as described in Holy Scripture in opposition to a kind of financial socialism that is the system in the west now and was described as being driven off by Jesus himself

Just read Fisher,

On top of that capitalism is great at adapting, defangs, and reincorporates whatever new that is invented back into it's framework basically.

Chances are well have neofeudalism like Korea though, where company workers live in company dorms and basically become subserviant

imagining is one thing, implementing is another. just look at history for more than five seconds and without a homosexual lens.

without capitalism, homosexuals wouldn't be free to start imagining things in the first place. they would be eating bugs in the dirt, or enslaved, or dead. like in a third world country without capitalism. to accomplish things, you need capital. it's basically required. If you try to split this up equally, you will come up with something that probably isn't as fair as what you had originally. example: let millions of migrants into your nice capitalist country because you assume you can afford it. reality: you just steal money (from your socialist programs of social security!) to pay for these new people you feel should be given a better life. But again, this was only possible because of capitalism in the first place. the boomers engaging in capitalism, paying into the system, creating massive wealth by contributing to fractional reserve lending 401ks, etc.

there are some things about the current system I find unacceptable, such as gigantic corporations and other homosexuals enabled to use their massive capital by literally just paying political parties for favors or preferential treatment, like large companies in china such as tencent. this is obviously bad and nobody in their right mind would support it. but the economic system is not the problem, it's what these companies are doing with their capital that is horrific - AIPAC paying politicians to push for bills like HR 6090 that would make antisemitic remarks like "the jews killed jesus" illegal. just horrific.

Capitalism isn't the issue, It's democracy, democracy being a process of governing and capitalism being an economic system doesn't mean they arent intertwined.

The idea that everyone should have a say in how the government works has led us to government interventions in the wrong aspects of the economy.

The main problem is that the concept of Capitalism itself is vaguely defined after two centuries of leftists played with the term to boost their own failed ideology.

Let's take the basic google definition - "an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit."
This doesn't mean anything, the concept of private ownership is as old as humanity and very few countries were ever able to curb affects of large trade conglomerates without fucking themselves either economically or diplomatically in the process.

When you go into the more complex definitions it just goes more retarded. Like trying to argue to some idealised past where societies shared everything without an issue (ignoring the fact those societies would expel any non worker). Or that it's more important the amount of effort of making something than what it actually achieves.

And the funny thing is that western countries today, including the USA, are extremely socialist in taxation and gibs. While even China has an easier market to enter for a new competitor than the USA with its tons of government rules for every fucking thing.

Even isolated tribes in Central Africa during the Late 19th Century had the bare basic concept of a market economy that was developed independently with no outside influence.

Because capitalism is ultimately the economic system that is most at peace with human nature and nature in general. It accepts people for what they are and relies on the use of incentives to steer their behavior (read about Adam Smith as moral philosopher) and its nature as being a product “of human action but not human design” makes it an instance of a spontaneous order, natural principles resulting in purposeful, orderly behavior on their own, which are the very means God used to structure physical reality.

Capitalism is also one of few systems that genuinely prioritizes responsibility by refusing to bail out the lazy and the foolish.

Even animals like monkeys have concept of bartering and possessions.

Socialist alternatives were way less heckin wholesome than people want to believe, with the breadwinners having a lot of extra authority and very little patience for anyone who wants to do their own thing.

The key difference is capitalism requires corporate legal structures limiting personal liability. This permits investors with no connection to the existing business to contribute capital and obtain ownership stakes without any involvement in operations whatsoever.

That was always the case though. In the past you had to rope some noble/merchant for money and if you fucked up the noble would claim ignorance. If you succeeded the noble got a good chunk of the money. If anything today liability is way larger since possible adverse affects can be massive.
