Because it was popular in the 2000s for white guys to "act black" and 2000s culture is the Great Satan that Woke gets all it's ideas by being simply doing the polar opposite of the way things worked in the 2000s.

Trooning out would have gotten you mocked in the 2000s, but a white guy who was "down with the hood" was cool, so now trooning out is seen as "cool" and a white guy acting hood is "problematic"

What's funny is I remember back in the day the only people that got triggered by white guys acting black was white racists, now it's the "progressive" mindset to get angry over what a racist white guy in 1992 would get angry about, go figure.

I miss the days when it was ok for anyone who wanted to be Phat to do so, you might say there were no rules, get Phat.

Even most wiggers understood they weren't actually black though. It's not like they came up to you and forced you to address them as a black person and threw hissy fits when you didn't acknowledge them as black.

Sure, but then they came up with the term "cultural appropriation" to demonize any white guys that adopted black culture, there's a video of a black girl harassing a white guy at a college over his dreadlocks from years ago and most recently they even gave the Asian female "Awkwafina" shit for using a "black voice" in the past.

Once upon a time white people adopting "non-white" cultures was seen as what we SHOULD be doing, you weren't cool if you didn't spice up your "whiteness" with some fashion or culture from a "non-white" source, not that people thought of it in such racialized terms back then, a culture was just a culture meant to be enjoyed and shared by everyone until Woke came along and declared that everything is hands off unless you belong to that culture's ethnic origin.

I liked the way it was back in the day, if we're going to be a global society then all the world's cultures should be free for anyone to partake in.

Well it's something that terfs have been pointing out for years now. According to them it's because there are black men and black women, and black men, despite being black, are still men so they're above black women. And doing blackface would be disrespectful to them.
But being a tranny is only disrespectful to women in general, and trannies are men so they don't care about it because men are above women.
I know it sounds dumb but that's how I understand it, more or less.

Because "transgenderism"/transgender ideology is part of a broader program designed to demoralize White people. So White people benefiting themselves with it obviously wouldn't be allowed. It has nothing to do with "gender identity" and everything to do with browbeating gullible White dopes.

Cultural appropriation is an inherently retarded idea. Culture is a constantly changing thing that is influenced by the people involved in it.

White hippies with dreadlocks has been a thing for quite a while now, to the point where, if you see some dumb white person with dreads, you can immediately tell exactly what kind of person they are.

Even nigger thug ghetto culture is totally different than it was when it was 'cool to be black' in the 2000's.

Cultural appropriation assumes some static snapshot of a culture that is represented by a group of people at a specific point in time and that culture is supposed to never change, influence other culture or be influenced by other cultures.

The idea of cultural appropriation as it's defined in current year is basically holding back the progress of culture and humanity in general, like much of the rest of sjw bullshit.

Of course it's retarded as shit, it was invented entirely as an excuse to be racist as shit towards white people, it's in fact one of the most telling aspects of SJW ideology and it's pure hatred of white people, because they don't give a shit if anyone appropriates anything from "white culture" (which they claim doesn't even exist) with the only exception being non-white people running into trouble as well when adopting "black culture" but it's origin is pure "fuck whitey" trash.
