The man is literally an ancient 1 trick pony, his main shtick was letting racist tts messages play in public spaces or having it on while he slept, that was it.

Hey if he manages to assemble some kind of avengers of IP2 trash to harrass squatters in the future then he'll be decent content. Imagine someone like Chaggot being unleashed upon some unsuspecting hobo squatting in somebody's garden shed. And if he ends up getting shanked by the hobo it's still a win.
