Issue I keep seeing in various threads but has come to a head in the "StraySheep" thread currently featured. Its like the specter of mtf troons causes everyone to black out and type retarded shit that doesn't push the conversation forward. Do you think the quality of the posts on here will continue to steadily decrease over time? Is the problem young users or ESL?

I've made threads where people replied with something already well addressed in OP, so it's like talking to someone who just passed by in the middle of the conversation & has no clue what the topic is about.

For that and much more I concluded that current Kiwifarms is Reddit 2.0.

It’s probably due to people coming in having been exposed to other forms of social media for most of their lives, which deliberately encourages a snappier, lazier, less intensive consumption of rhetoric and ideas to sow division. Once they get somewhere where people are sperging out writing paragraphs about genuine beliefs that challenge their narrative, they don’t know how to articulately defend their own.

Some people just speed read, barely paying any attention, so they can quickly type out there hot witty zingers before anyone else to get those sweet updoots. Those zingers of course being the most cookie cutter pre packages memes that anyone with a partial brain stem can regurgitate.
