Nah, Null sees them for what they are because it's pretty obvious to anyone with a brain. One look at the thread and you know those guys ain't right, no matter how hard they defend their creepy fetish community and tell him "it's all totally innocent!!! If you see anything weird in this it's actually YOU who is the pervert!!" he can smell their pedo-stink cause he has smelled it many times before. He is just too patient and kind to line them up against the wall and treat them like they deserve. For now.

Vtubers are the peak of moral decay, and they are abhorrent in every aspect. Streamers are often uninteresting and attract the most socially isolated and obnoxious people, while vtubers take this to a whole new level. A high-pitched Japanese girl utilizes free software to animate herself into a conventionally appealing image, and you now have thousands of rejections and failures salivating. When a typical weeb spends too much time on the internet, this is what they turn to.

One thing that confuses me is I thought the point of the vtuber thread was to laugh at them and their fans, but people seem to be using it because they like vtubers. Well I guess it still serves that original purpose, but instead of the fans we laugh at being on twitch or twitter, we have them right here
Update: read the most recent few pages of the thread and its worse than I thought. Why doesn't the thread get nuked again?

It's streamers on youtube that do let's plays and singing streams and shit. It's not exactly difficult to grasp why people prefer it over say netflix.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought the VTuber shit was too much even for KF. There’s a lot of weird shit that I’ll let pass, but anime streamers is just too far.

Serious question for the people who are into that stuff: why? I mean I know why, but don’t you know how pathetic it is? Laugh it off, sure, but you’re fucking weird. Watching streamers is bad enough cuz they’re already boring and unfunny, but anime streamers literally don’t do shit besides talk in a high-pitch voice.

What the fuck is wrong with you people? YOU’RE WEIRD. WHAT YOU’RE DOING IS STRANGE AND CREEPY. WHY DO ALL THE STREAMERS LOOK LIKE LITTLE GIRLS? YOU NEED TO GENUINELY GET HELP.

Jesus fucking christ, this is why I have zero interest over Vtubers and their annoying fans.

Vtuber shit was the next level of pure autism from braindead FoTM animu fans and those whiny high-pitched avatars. They are pure cancer on the next level. I can't even enjoy my favorite series without an ounce of mentioning about some trending anime.
Seriously, things happen and the worst events are pure autistic, especially for those that are laughable.

Most (not all) of the weebs who will say they seek to "enjoy proper stories" are probably more annoying than the ones who enjoy the "Flavor of the Week weeabooshit", because they all come from the same pool of people but the latter group doesn't waste your time.

The both of them are consumers and have never picked up the pen, but the former group is one where that becomes glaringly relevant. They converse and reason in memes. They're always concerned with writing technicals like "character development" but never ask "what did the writer intend to convey" or attempt to understand the purpose in a story (not) doing X before they start talking about whether "it's good" or "it's bad". They hardly talk about what they felt or understood, as if the "goodness" of a work is detached from producer and consumer alike and exists alongside the fact that a clear daytime sky is blue. They're needlessly obsessed with novelty and all the aforementioned rather than being able to extract meaning from what they watch, even though the point of stories is to communicate. When you read them write of (especially) "Mary Sues" as someone who's contemplated and practiced creative writing for years (for what it's worth), you realize that none of them get what's fundamental to a story: CONFLICT.

No, they'll just talk about how character X "has Y and Z going for him", so he's a "Gary Stu", and "that's bad". They wholesale inherit their opinions and arguments from people who do understand what they like and why. People who-- unlike them-- are capable of effectively explaining why what they care about should be what their audience cares about.

At least the guy watching "I Got Absolutely Blasted into a Parallel World by a Bullet Train and Now I'm Literally Wading through Dozens of Big Booty Bitches Who Want to Procreate with Me and Start Loving Families Where We Still Lead an Active Sex Life" is in touch with himself, and isn't under any delusion of high-mindedness. At least his opinion is certainly his own. When he argues about how his busty tomboy waifu is "best girl", you don't have to swing open a thousand doors in a labyrinth brimming with the fog of pretense to understand that he's defending his erection.

He's simple. Unpretentious. Globally aware. And has decent taste in fictional women.
