Why is the word "trap" considered offensive? - Considering they brag about "stealthing" lesbians and straight men... (Also: FtM sexual harassment of gay men.)

I find it funny how hypocritical it is that the word "trap" is supposed to be a "slur" because it paints trannies as "deceivers" who want to "trap" lesbians and straight men into sleeping with them.

This is EXACTLY what they do, by their own admission. Every trans forum and subreddit advocates for not telling your partners your birth sex, because it's "dangerous"; as if a man realizing you just raped him after the deed is a much less dangerous scenario.

Even forum favorite Keffals openly advocates for this and bragged on Twitter about the "straight men" he'd "stealthed" in the past.

I've read multiple Reddit posts like the one below:

And on the other side of the tranny rape coin, FtMs LOVE talking about how to "get" gay men, even including methods like drugging them or getting them drunk in the dark and using a packer or dildo.

So again, tell me, WHY is "trap" a slur?
IS "trap" even a slur, or does it just hit too close to home for them?

Traps aren't actuall transsexuals (i.e no HRT/surgeries),they're hobby transvestites/crossdressers who want to show how feminine they can present by trying to trick people into believing that they're women.

But to trannies these gay men are trannies, whether they want to be or not.

My understanding is that "trap" refers to crossdressing gay men who look very convincingly feminine, but they don't claim to be women and they aren't actually trying to deceive anyone, men who seek traps out are looking for that kind of experience. The term might seem confusing or sinister for those who aren't familiar with that scene (either for us or for those on the trans side) but it's just a jokey name. Keffals and any other troon who brags about rape by deception do not fall into that category.

I don’t think it’s always been a slur. Zinnia Jones certainly went on r/traps and got extremely butthurt on being told that he wasn’t one.

If it’s considered offensive now, I suspect it’s because it highlights the fact that basically no troons actually pass.

i have been told its because the word trap implies that the person is luring someone into something that is unwanted and the idea that a straight man would ever be disgusted by a troons amhole is insane. personally i dont see the issue.

unless you disclose you are trans then you are being deceitful its the same as if you went on a date with someone who only later on decides to tell you they are married. so yeah trap is a very fitting word to describe people who do not disclose that they are trans to someone they know would not be comfortable with that.

It's offensive (now apparently?) to them because it's a mask-off term. These people thrive only by redefining terms, arguing in bad faith and "adding context" to everything they do. If you see them in an environment where they think nobody's looking you'll be horrified by the shit they all (yes, all) do.

If "trap" is offensive now it's only because it's a term that was widespread in their community before they were mainstreamed by homosexual illuminati goblins and therefore it's time to retroactively clean up their image.

How inebriated and potentially weird/desperate was this nibba though and did this tranny just give him some sloppy toppy or what because I cannot see how you don't know the score once the stinkditch hits the air. Are normies that oblivious? That's what makes me press X on this story.

The OP of that Reddit post specifically said not Pi"V" so uhh yeah, I assumed it was one of the other two holes.
