It depends on multiple factors that you might not even have thought of, such as the size of cars.
For instance, you may normally think of the Monaco Grand Prix as an extremely boring race that's decided solely by the qualifying session, but if you look at Formula E at Monaco, it's really fucking exciting stuff, full of ballsy overtakes and exciting battles. Formula E cars are significantly smaller than Formula 1 cars.

Just like the miracle of life on Earth, White culture was a miracle that faced many trials to get where it was today. We became so chiseled from countless wars, religions, enlightenment, renaissance, and expeditions that we conquered the known world with our culture. We became the dominant ruling structure either through monarchy or democracy, and set the standard. Our culture created the economy and governments that exist today, and therefore we are best suited to inhabit them. Historically speaking it's not like europeans were dominant all the time, certainly plenty of inventions and developments were made in china or india first. Romans weren't the first gigantic empire either, they were preceded by acheamenids and persians.

But to give the white devil his due, there is a good unique mix of adventurism, intelligence, technology, theology and conflict hardenedness that allowed europeans to control and influence most of the world. To such a degree that even if that power wanes the influence will be long felt and all cultures permanently changed.

That's something that seperates the empires I mentioned from other big ones like the Mongolian empire, as they ended up being more influenced by the countries they conquered than vice versa.

Adaptations to winter, which is why intelligence typically rises in colder climates. It may be uncomfortable to explore these topics, but I would say that the race that has established the global standards for morality, including the terminally liberal "all things are equal" belief you just espoused are the morally superior race.

European ethics dominate the planet because they are, at least for what they are, the best we've yet to accomplish in terms of deriving a moral scale of right and wrong in absolute terms without God.

Other races are incapable of creating, or adhering to the morality of the world which is why the West has to enforce "human rights violations" against nations and races which cannot conceptualize the virtues of western civilization.

Domesticated canines are more or less the same species the world over given they all produce fertile off-spring when bred with one another. You're thinking of breeds, exemplified best by purebreds. Of course, humans and dogs aren't the same.
