Why the fuck is my signature not working?

I tried to change the signature on my account and for some reason it is not displaying. Yes I did press save.

I'm dumb. How do you set your status? I've only seen a setting about displaying your online status, not the text below your username.

Thanks. I think I'm too much of a scrub to have that option. I don't see it anywhere and it says:

Your full account details are not currently editable.

No biggie

I see you've only made 22 posts. There's a certain number of posts you have to make before you have full account priveleges. I can't remember exactly what the number is but I think it's around 50 maybe?
