All someone like her would have to do is lose the chip on her shoulder, get a normal-ish low level job for a bit even if it's not glorious, get money together for a car, and then she'd be able to participate in the world semi-normally. Hit up a temp agency or something, she doesn't have kids or real pets so it's not like she immediately needs to be making $60k a year.
Maybe get some friends or coworkers to talk to too so she has someone to converse with (aside from people online) about something (aside from homo shit and religious men impregnating teenagers). Either shack up with another chick or drop the pretend lesbian act and find a nerd to date at one of her gay little conventions.

If someone like her chooses not to pursue that lifestyle that's fine, I fully understand why people would have a chip on their shoulder in current day, but then how she exists currently is entirely a result of her decision to never move on or past her issues and no pity is warranted.

The reality is people like her are quite spoiled, all things considered.

I've said both in the past. I've doubted pretty much right off the bat she was as "abused" as she claims, and she's definitely nowhere close to being "disabled" enough to merit sitting at home collecting a check. My theory, especially with all her self harm scars, is she was probably into that "emo" shit as a teenager, and never outgrew that.

That is the sad part. But speaking from my own Zoomer TM experience- isolation is a choice. Yeah, you can be plugged in 24/7, even at your job its called slacking off, or you can choose not to, you can get in the car, and go to a movie with your buddy. Not all roaches are like the German cockroach. Looked up the humidity levels dubias need and it appears they need something similar to land hermit crabs, which is about 70-80%. Hissing cockroaches don't need as much humidity despite being from Madagascar. Going to guess she didn't give the dubias a humid enough enclosure.
