Women need the appropriate hormones and menstruation cycles in order to be primed into male attraction. Same goes with child bearing. If they do not have the appropriate chemicals in a timely manor. Their brains lock out. This is why post partum is a thing. Also why rich business women in the East fetishize androgynous men. First off, I'd be interested in defining "loyalty" and then seeing evidence as to which gender is actually more or less loyal going by whatever the definition is. The two immediate things that jump out to me are cheating and divorce. At a glance, there doesn't seem to be conclusive evidence that either gender cheats more often than the other. However when it comes to divorce, it does seem to be true that women initiate more often than men.

The easiest explanation for this IMO is that court systems and society in general in English-speaking nations are heavily gynocentric and rigged massively in favor of the wife in divorce proceedings. So yeah no shit they're more likely to go for it. If you had an environment where society and the government would tend to automatically side with the husband and enforce his preferred narrative and terms in a divorce, maybe it would be the other way around.

Although I think in true patriarchal societies what happens more often is that men don't end up initiating a bunch of divorces, but rather you end up with polygamy where high status men just build up a harem of every woman they can get their hands on as their "wives," without bothering to divorce any of them. Which makes perfect sense given that marriage is about resources for women and reproductive access for men. When women are in control they leverage that control to extract resources from men, when men are in control they leverage it to get more pussy.
