Obviously genetic traits are hereditary, so it's only natural certain traits come "bundled in" more often then not, right?
I have yet to meet a person whose demeanour was a complete mismatch to his appearance.

You could argue correlation: different ethnicitys would be more prone to specific personality traits as part of their culture; and specific phenotypal features due to their location. I'm not sure there is any way you could confidently argue the phenotype as the causation of a trait unless you're referring to the biology of the brain, however that's not a visible physical trait without an MRI.

I often wonder if phrenology was debunked simply because it was seen as racist.
There's plenty of evidence for a small but significant correlation between criminal behavior and physical deformities of the face. There is also evidence for a slight correlation between left-handedness and pedophiles. Obviously this means we must liquidate all uggos and left-handys posthaste. It's the only logical conclusion for us men of science.

I'll do you one better and say that people's names are a determining factor in their appearance and therefore their behavior

I agree. Some people have names so fucked you can tell something's deeply wrong with their parents, and they have issues because of them.

I always figured that people's mental well being rubs off on their appearance a lot. I mean, your brain is attached to your body after all. It regulates the entire thing's function. It makes sense that an unhealthy brain would have subtle cues that go as deep as someone's physical features.

From a religious perspective, evil people are not only ugly on the inside but also on the outside. It can’t be hidden. That’s unless someone was born with a genuine deformity.
