Something tells me that this is semi-autobiographical.
FLASHBACK FROM 7th Grade. : On a rainy April morning, Spongebob was getting ready to take a parts of speech exam in Mr.Rosenfield's Grade 7 Writing class. As Sponge was doing the test, Squidward decided to be a prick by using his super sharp pencil and poking Spongebob in the butt. Squid did it and Spongebob ran out of the writing class broken in tears. Mr.Rosenfield gave Squidward a lunch detention for his absurd benavior as punishment but Spongebob will forever be scarred by that sexual experience.

14. Crud-Picka! ~ November 20, 2014 : In Science Class, Patrick and Squidward (much to Squid's dismay) were doing a lab about positive and negative chemical charges. But then, Patrick pooped his pants and got very embarassed. Good news is that the fart Patrick made was silent but the bad news is that there is a brown and green spot on Patrick's rear end. He was picking at it and then Squidward saw it and said, "PATRICK IS A CRUD-PICKA!!!!!" The entire class and even the teacher (Mr.Delaney) start laughing!! Patrick starts crying,runs to guidance, and is thinking of dropping out of Middle School for what he did in his pants even before he can get to High School. Spongebob is against this and is in a big effort to get Patrick's confidence back.

Bolding's mine. I just skimmed this article at first, but going back and actually reading it has been worth it. Also, try reading "Patrick is a crud picka!!!" in Squidward's voice and see just how poor the characterization in this is.
16. 3rd Annual 8th Grade Student Recreation Hour ~ December 4, 2014 : Principal Finston and the health teacher (Mrs.Tyson) elect Spongebob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr.Krabs, Plankton, and Squilliam to face against the 9th Grade in a massive game of dodgeball on Thursday, December 4th. This event will take place at the High School Gym and it is to see if these students are strong enough to be declared confident for Freshmen Year next year. Just like the 6th Grade episode {Dodgeball}, Spongebob is still afraid to play the game. If he backs out he will be placed in quite a lot of special needs classes in High School. If he plays, he will be enrolled in a maximum of 4 college prep classes. Which choice should he do?

what is with portraying dodgeball as the sport of utter terror to nerds (and non smart wimps)
dodgeball is the only sport that you run away from the ball and it doesn't require much physical strength either

It might have been to gigantic pussies, maybe because people would use dodgeball as an excuse to get sadistic. I know when we played it either in gym or elsewhere, a thing was to throw it as hard as you possibly could, and another was instead of dodging it, to refuse to dodge it and take it square. If you didn't, you were targeted for getting hit every time.

Anyway, I was a nerd, and I loved dodgeball, even though it was a really sadistic variant of it.

The answer to all of the above is "autism." As for the shit stain question, perhaps the author had a similar incident happen to him. This whole thing seems semi-autobiographical in nature. Or, less horrifyingly, it's because Patrick's shorts are green. Given how unnecessarily detailed everything else is, though, I'm surprised they didn't tell us what exactly Patrick had eaten to produce said stain.

Also, I looked at that "Remix" wiki, and it really is mind-boggling. This is the only article I've looked at so far, but it sets the tone nicely for the rest of the wiki. It gives a huge text wall of a plot summary which I only skimmed, but it's FernGully with the Sailor Scouts and Yen Sid involved. I'm tempted to archive this entire wiki just in case. Fuck the Entersphere. This is the true autism singularity.

UPDATE: I've looked at a few more pages. It's...I don't even know how to describe it, because I don't want to keep using the word "autistic." There's a lot of uninteresting garbage, but the real highlights seem to be the articles on movies. Pretty much every one seems to be some sort of ridiculous crossover. Here's Rock-A-Doodle with the cast of Ducktales, and Anastasia with the Sailor Scouts (he's got a lot of stuff with them shoehorned in). There's also a lot of articles on movies which I assume are unfinished. They've got regular plot summaries, with shit that actually happens in the film, but the cast lists all include characters from different animes and stuff. He seems to be the only contributor, and regularly edits it. Might be worth keeping an eye on.

The 'creator' often write about very random crossovers based on alot of children's favourite characters, specifically, British ones like Horrid Henry, Cosgrove Hall and even the member of Kiwi forums, Granitoons. His stories usually involve hypnotism or some characters being involved in some evil cult. I know, I don't get it either, yet I wrote strange crossovers in my teens but never had a wiki of it.

"James Woods' Crossword"
James Woods and Peter Griffin are in Quahog watching a female skateboarder. The skateboarder, Tammy Warner from South Park, is riding her skateboard and calling some birds whores. James gets a ride on the skateboard with help from Tammy. Tammy goes home. James and Peter see Lois and go over to her. They tell her that Peter was riding the skateboard all by himself.

Lois disagrees and claims that she saw Tammy helping him. James and Peter call her a whore and Lois gets upset, her feelings hurt by this rude remark. Peter happily finds this as a new experience due to his short attention span and Lois runs home crying as James and Peter walk away. Later at home, Peter is watching ALF on the television when he gets a phone call from Lois' mother Babs about what happened at the park. Babs is very angry and demands an apology from Peter for hurting Lois' feelings. Before he can apologize, Peter hangs up, refusing to say sorry because Lois is his wife and he can treat her however he wants. Babs is further angered and invites Peter and James Woods over anyway.

At the Pewterschmidts' mansion, Babs and Carter demand that Peter stop hanging out with James because he is a bad influence on him, especially for calling Lois names. Peter pouts, and claims he wants to be friends forever. James calls Babs a slut and Babs faints while the duo escape in the Griffin family car. Lois is furious, as are her parents.

What is it with these people and stupid, meaningless, and just plain redundant categorizations? I get that it has to do with autism, but of course, not everyone is this autistic. If you didn't bother reading all the categories, I highly suggest that you go back and do so. It's, like, ten times more hilarious than the category autism displayed by the hero and villain wikis. Notably, the last category is "people who dislike autism." They've also got an article on Gligar13Vids (archive). Guess who wrote it? Our old friend, CartoonFreak666 (AKA LynxFan29)! If you need a refresher, or don't follow CartoonFreak666, Gligar13Vids was some YouTube sperg (or possibly a troll) whom CartoonFreak had such an issue with, that he decided to make a 40 minute long "grounded" video on him (sadly, this video no longer seems to exist).
