The title says everything, for now, Chris doesn't even care about sonichu, i'm pretty sure he "abandonned" the idea of cwc and all, will he ever start drawing just like before? probably not.

So, do you think sonichu will ever be finished one day? or will it be left to oblivion in the state that the comics is today?
 
It is finished though, just in the "kaput" sort of way.
 
Someone literally paid Chris $1,000 to do more Sonichu. Chris didn't do more Sonichu. If he can't even be motivated by money to continue Sonichu, I doubt he'll ever find the initiative to finish it on his own.

Well, that's half-true. The 1k was a pro bono gift for (autistic reasoning) from (:stupid: person).

The reason he merely finished the Sonichu Christmas special after receiving the 1 large was simply sheer joy. Legos! McDonalds! Vidya! He was happy, so he made pages. He is currently not happy, so no pages.

Why is he not happy? A lot of things rolled into one, but the most prominent being Barb's failing health and just living a welfare shut-in lifestyle. I'm sure somebody else can diagnose his issues better, but yeah, Chris' life sucks these days.

Would we see more? Yes, if a, b and c happened, but we wont because of x, y and z. Sorry to seem flippant about this, but it's really been discussed to death in the Sonichu sub-subforum.
 
Has anyone ever thought about kidnapping Barb and holding her hostage, threatening to kill her unless he makes comics? I think that might work.

Serious question.
 
He does care about Sonichu since we still get updates like:

He's just too lazy to do anything past the basic idea phase of creating a comic now. *sigh*

I just realize, how will Chris explain that his character, who was anti lgtb and all, be now a transgender? in my knowledge, Chris never drew himseft as a girl...

His twin sister Crystal was basically the female Chris. He could probably merge the two of them Sonic/Pikachu style.

No, he has zero motivation to continue it most likely due to its notority
