Off-Topic: A couple of anons on 4chan theorised that the decision to change her costumes could have come down to Nomura being Nomura (With his fashion sense and maybe fetishes too) and (This is my extra part to that) paying the "Ethics Department" to throw themselves under the bus with his help. Knowing Capcom, they will almost certainly have her original outfit available. (Even if players have to pay money.) And if RE2 Remake is anything to go by, her original PS1 model.

TBH Jill here kind of looks like a fusion between Julia Voth (Face model for Jill prior to RE3 Remake) and her live action (Let's not go much further) actress. I don't even see what's feminist/male about her appearance. Maybe a slightly smaller chest and a more conservative outfit as someone mentioned earlier. But her hair? No, looks almost identical if you actually look at it.

Gamers have been worried about how certain censorship policies and the West’s obsession with censorship would affect the remake of Resident Evil 2. Well, after lots of hints, gestures, and teases, new images of Ada Wong have finally emerged that revealed that she will be featured in Resident Evil 2 remake featuring her iconic, sexy red dress.

The new screenshots for the game showcase Mr. X chasing Claire around, along with featuring a full view of Ada’s face and a decent enough view of her figure while wearing the dress.



In the first image we get a good rear profile image of Ada’s figure in the dress, cut slim and slender just the way most gamers like their women.

The dress isn’t too tight, but it’s tight enough that you get a good idea of how it hugs the curves around her scrumptious rump.

A second image gives you another look at her, still from the rear, this time slightly to the side so you can see how protuberant her butt is in the dress. You also get a good look at her jet black tights. Sadly, no shot of her heels.



If you’re curious what her skin complexion and proportional details are like from the front, there’s a screenshot that focuses on her front profile, including a very explicit look at the photogrammetry detail captured for her hands, right down to the wrinkles in her fingers. But it’s not without fault.

The third shot gives you an uncanny look at her fish-eyes and the blank, Hollywood-approved botox face. It’s that eerie doll-like expression of an unreal human that carries you across the uncanny valley like a queff echoing across the room from the dilation station at a GaymerX convention.



Thankfully, Capcom managed to rebound with another close-up screenshot of Ada where you can make out her features very clearly. The close-up shot is very different from the other previous leaks where her face was mostly obscured by sunglasses and cinematic lighting.

The final shot of the femme fatale makes Ada look less like a cheap silicon doll from the poor-man’s porn section on Amazon, and more like a the thermoplastic elastomer dolls you can nab from Fine Love Dolls.



There are also two screenshots of Mr. X chasing down Claire and Sherry that you can check out as well, but no one cares about Mr. X.

The entire trailer is themed around making Sayuri’s personality come across as fetching, innocent, and demure as possible.

Despite the risque bikini attire, they give her a very comforting and maternal vibe, something completely missing from almost every single Western-made video game in the AA and AAA market these days.



In fact, you can count on one hand how often you come across a actual attractive female character who also has the qualities of someone who you would say is wife-worthy material.

Most Western-made games focus on females who act more masculine than men, are oftentimes butch lesbians, and rarely have any sort of redeeming feminine qualities about them. In other words, there’s nothing attractive about the their character either from a visual or narrative standpoint.

To make matters worse is that in nearly every single game you have to constantly find yourself being bombarded with these hideous looking females that constantly remind you how empowered they are and how much they don’t need a man. Not that any man would want most of them anyway.

I mean, sure, there is the one-off case of Overwatch being a recent game that’s the poster-child of a Western-made game with sexy female characters, but half of them seem to be dragged through the alphabet soup or looking like they came out of a dollar-a-day pamphlet to feed the children.

Anyway, Sayuri is a great reminder to support developers who appreciate feminine beauty and ignore the ones that don’t.
