Sad part is that according to people who read his stuff in 2016 and prior, he wasn’t always this unstable, I think the PS4 censorship, the #MeToo movement, #NotMyPresident all locked him (and by extension KIA) into a permanent state of siege mentality, where every bad thing that happens in gaming or on the internet must now be the work of some big SJW Illuminati conspiracy that plans on lacing estrogen into our water supply and swapping white babies with black ones in hospital nurseries.

And neither Niche or OAG wont ban either sides of the argument. A banning of the more exceptional individuals on his side tells them to think before they post before they post and stop chasing people off. Banning a sjw will bring people more thick skinned and less willing to watch a dogpile happen to their allies as OAG and KIA depends on upvoting and dogpiling as their last word.

If you'll recall a few months back, OAG suffered a massive DDoS attack, the kind where someone is out for blood and wants their target to suffer. There was speculation as to whether OAG would come back after that. Billy was short and vague on his Twitter about it, almost as if he'd walked away.
He barely managed to put the site back together after that. That may be where he started to slip. His fans certainly aren't helping his mental state.

The Yakuza games and the Judge Eyes spinoff are balls deep in Japanese culture. If they tried to be more "international" in their portrayal, it would miss the point of setting the games in an intensely Japanese setting.
This has caused the Yakuza series to suffer slightly outside of Japan, with some removed content that was TOO Japan centric that would make no sense at all to a non Japanese citizen excised in Yakuza 3's original release, but otherwise their games have done quite well in the West despite their Japan-centric focus, and that's because they still manage to be excellent games despite the culture divide.
