I do like how a thread about a deranged coomer incel version of Kotaku devolves into waifu game slapfights.

That said, why did Soul Calibur transform into DoA with weapons after Soul Calibur 3? I don't have a problem with that, but it seems like it went down that path because the only male SC characters that generate discussion at all are the monstrous ones (Voldo, Nightmare, Cervantes, Lizardman).

I have to agree there, they had several good years to prove their taste wasn't shit but the weebs refuse to concede that games like Senran Kagura isn't some masterpiece but a B-Movie tier couch flick. They feel like every time some journalist with a proper social life like Yahtzee and Klepek slams their game they have to rally every weeb who uses the site to cry about how they don't appreciate tits and hometown.

Actually got take here but Billy being single doesn't help his situation as he probably doesn't feel any empathy for others as he has no kids who would think their dad is a sex offender for holding CP.

My personal problem is that this censorship affected japanese game development through external influences (FGC being a gay in some parts as well as Sony in other parts) which remains a shitty thing regardless of the quality of said titles. Granted, Senran Kagura was pretty much dying alongside of Se7en which didnt show no signs of progress for a year since the game announcement.

Ecchi games cant expect to survive by constantly trying to take advantage of their userbase with tons of cut contents sold separately as DLCs while not improving on their shortcomings

Senran Kagura is the equivalent of playing a chambara sexploitation film. I do agree that Sakura Wars is good (go check out the fan translation of the original game). Not that Billy and his sperg sycophants could understand either sentence I have said, since it isn't in their circlejerk and they probably don't know how to use a Sega Saturn emulator and a patching tool. They can go prove me wrong of course, but I wouldn't care for it anyways.
