It says a whole lot about Wings' mentality that he thinks Kyle is hypocritical for saying he would work out nonstop if he woke up 400 pounds but then said he doesn't enjoy certain exercises. Even more so that he said Woody was the only person on PKA with a realistic approach to working out by only doing things he enjoys.

I hate running but I do cardio four times a week anyway. I hate bench pressing but I do it twice a week anyway. Wings is so lazy and so undisciplined that he can't fathom doing something you don't like for the benefit of it. No wonder he throws a free salad in the trash and gorges on three cheeseburgers back to back.

Also this retard is seriously trying to tell people he only ate 600 calories a day for months and would go on two week long stints where he didn't lose any weight? Fat fucks always believe that they are somehow an exception to the laws of physics. First of all, I don't buy for a second that Richard has ever had a day in his life where he has eaten below maintenance. Second, I don't know who Wings thinks he is fooling by trying to tell everybody he was on a 600 calorie diet for months on end and just somehow couldn't lose weight. He'd lose weight eating a diet that would cause most adults to gain two pounds.

He doesn't understand the concept that just because it isn't enjoyable doesn't mean that it can flat out be avoided. When he hears Kyle say he doesn't like doing something, he thinks that means Kyle doesn't do those things and therefore he shouldn't be dogged on for not doing things he doesn't like.

The problem is that that interpretation isn't true. Kyle still does exercises he doesn't enjoy simply because they are beneficial despite not being enjoyable when doing. The people at PKA understand that sometimes you have to do things you dislike because they bring something better to your life. Wings doesn't understand that concept so therefore he thinks Kyle is being a hypocrite when he reveal that he himself doesn't like doing something.
