I remember the image used in the background (because it was all audio) was an edited picture of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on the 2016 debate stage but they put wings' face on Trump and (I think) a box of chicken wings on Hillary (or vise versa, can't remember). I know the one you mean, it was the one with the famous "bust your teeth in with a fuckin' pistol grip" line. The picture was Wings face shaded orange on Trump's body and a hamburger on Hillary's body. This was made a long time ago so it was the original WingsTings who made it.

Yeah, that's the one. Couldn't find it in the archive, but there's probably an archive out there somewhere.

It also has the main theme from John Carpenter's The Thing playing in the background which might narrow the search down further.
