They haven't addressed it, Xycros has regularly sperged on his streams (they delete them all now like Richard does), and then Xycros thought he was being clever unbanning everyone that was banned from their twitch chat to screenshot showing they don't ban people or care about being trolled right before banning them again.
Wings is going to call the FBI and give them a likely out of date Discord username and the important info that the guy lives in Australia. I'm sure that will be enough to narrow things down and the Feds will arrest him by next week!
