So is there any solid proof to the claims this accident was in relation to speeding/drag racing? Like an incident report? Anything from the police in Rock Hill, SC?

I ask because the source on this is literally from CWW and although it's clear an accident happened, they aren't exactly golden journalists.

According to Google: "In South Carolina, drag or street racing is a misdemeanor offense, punishable by imprisonment for up to six months and/or a maximum fine of $600, as well as driver’s license suspension for one year." [I don't think his prior charges related to drugs will affect this] There is also the possibility for child endangerment laws being broken as well which deals a harsher punishment and custody rights taken. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know how hot the water Wigger Wilkins is in right now. His kid is in critical condition with a brain bleed and if they pull through, there is still the high risk of long term mental impairments. Either way this really isn't good.
