It's background music from the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. The video editor probably chose it because Wings007 uses it a lot in his videos lampooning Wings of Redemption (it's supposed to convey a "playing you a sad song on the world's smallest violin" vibe).
It’s because this massive cottage industry sprang up for Wings content (some of which came from former fans of his, who tend to be the biggest a-logs) back when Wings was constantly having meltdowns and other content outputs. Fairly quickly Wings began to mellow out so in order to justify their existence the a-logs had to autistically scrutinize everything Wings did (he said x racist thing!) and/or try to get more content themselves by fucking with him in increasingly invasive ways.
I don’t hate Wings. Boogie and DSP are genuinely deplorable human beings, though most the hate aimed towards Wings is aimed towards things he said 10/12 years ago.
Funny enough Wings007 has stated multiple times how Boogie is a "better person" than Wings and had a depressing pity party after he won the boxing match in May. He even contemplated leaving the internet because people didn't respond well to him being so bitter about it. He also took the side of Ethan Ralph [you know, that guy whose an actual rapist?] when him and Jordie got into a Twitter slap fight couple weeks ago. Saying Ralph "dominated" him when all Wings said was that Ralph never wins a fight. Actual Gunt guarding behavior.
