It isn't really easy to flag down YouTube channels/videos anymore. At least via the report feature. A lot of it can depend on the size of the individual channels, both the ones doing the targeting and the ones being target, in the first place. YouTube also has just stopped caring about the TOS. Back in the day when Brett Keane was originally kicked off the site they fiercely restricted his ability to make a new channel again.

For awhile his attempted comebacks all failed as he immediately had his channels banned for being a previously banned user. Overtime though they stopped caring and he was able to have channels last long term despite their existence being a violation of the TOS guidelines. To this day he still has a channel up despite having been banned from YouTube another dozen times for TOS violations. The best way you can take down a video/channel now and days is via DMCA. Of course filing a DMCA is much more easily traceable back to you, and abusing that feature can comeback to bite yourself in the ass.

A lot of Wings bloviating about this subject is just him trying to intimidate the trolls into submission.

When they married she had a steady job as an insurance coder at a quack chiropractor and full health insurance. She has neither now.
