Honestly, I don't think so; and it hasn't been for quite some time. As a lolcow, he's past the milk-producing phase. He has been stagnant for pretty much 2 years now. The current subReddit and Discords are just the same debates and criticisms about how much of a fat and lazy fuck he is, and recycled memes. The "glory days" are well and truly behind Richard now. It's only the trolls that really keep him relevant, I wouldn't think he'd have too many genuine fans.

It’s a sad time when the ever producing lolcow gets on meds for their mental illness and stop lactating for our amusement.

Ehh. Wings has been pretty typical the last 6 months, he's just using being off Lexapro as another excuse to whine and complain about. Most of the content channels are still getting the good stuff, but Richard is just an endless pity machine despite being in a position to do something useful and productive with his life. Doctors tell you to keep taking antidepressants even if you feel okay, because I’m assuming yo-yoing on and off of them isn’t the brightest idea. Also there’s no way he’s losing weight while taking lexapro. Once you take antidepressants usually people take them for years and years, because all they really do is stabilize your mood. He’s causing fluctuations in his mood patterns by doing this, and as long as he’s doing this he won’t ever get better and will stay a big fat man-baby unable to control his emotions.


I just want him to give up trying and start being his true self again lol I want to see some salt

He did end up buying one.. for $900. Someone made bank out of him.

There is a reason why they say don't stop taking your medication even if you feel better. Antidepressants will stabilize you, but can never repair the part of the brain that's broken. It's a bandaid. If you stop taking the pills, the reason you started the pills in the first place comes roaring back three times as strong because you got used to not being miserable. Also, NEVER drop a brain chemistry altering medication cold turkey. Your doctor will stress this. The brain doesn't like to be fucked with, even beneficially. As the chemistry rebalanced and your natural mood reasserts itself, you're in for one Hell of a ride.
Yes, he was very unlikely to be losing weight on an antidepressant, most people will gain quite a few pounds when they go on it, it's usually right there on the label. Then throw in taking yourself off of it and the subsequent misery. Guess where fat people usually take comfort. The problem I see with big boy is that he is looking for an instant cure, not a solution he has to work for. From what I've seen he gives up on anything that requires work. He won't stay on diet because you can't eat a whole trough of food at a time. He won't stay on pills because they don't immediately fix the problem, and shockingly, don't make you incapable of feeling like shit. These pills don't magically make you immune to the sads. That's on you. Pills are usually prescribed with physical therapy, psychotherapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy, all designed to help you help yourself. But wanting to be better, at anything, means believing yourself and not milking your depression and self pity for every dollar it's worth. Or, as a psych I know loves to tell her patients: fake it and do it till it's not fake.

It's rather humorous that he was hammering down the idea in his streams that he planned to buy the console off a parent because of a misbehaved entitled kid (Or a parent that needed to sell the console for some quick cash because of some bills that had come in) because he would jump at the opportunity of someone's misfortunate in a low socio-economic area, and he completely failed to follow this plan up. Way to go pimp!

Not sure why he couldn't just the buy the console like any normal person would and pre-order the damn thing, we know he's got money to blow on expensive cars and fast food, he's not completely destitute, at the very least he could have traded or sold his older consoles and games to cover the costs.
