I seriously wonder how much of this behavior he exhibits offline. If he's even a fraction of this creepy to people in real life, he's probably been slapped with restraining orders before (and probably just slapped too), so the local cops might be aware of him. But one of his posts said it was the postal inspectors that were investigating, and their jurisdiction includes the internet, so I'm thinking it's child pornography or soliciting a minor across state lines.
