That's fucking exceptional, you don't put SERIUS elements in a game about punching robot moon mecha Nazis.

The "controversy" is also fucking exceptional. There seems to be a couple of people crying about the enemies being WHITE MEN, the main character calling the baddies "White-ass Nazi fucks" or something (WHICH IS RACIST BECAUSE BJ IS A JEW), but the most cuntroversial thing seems to be a woman breastfeeding a baby! While smoking!!

20 years ago Carmageddon was controversial with "splatter the road with the pedestrians' guts", now people are whining about a goddamn fictitious baby getting nicotine poisoning.

Yes, yes BJ does indeed do that. Yes, Brian Bloom sounds about as convinced as the rest of us when he says it.

The game's story smells of hasty rewrites and bad plot decisions.

Nearly every member of the Kreisau Circle has some sort of mental illness or drug taking degeneracy wrong with them and boy howdy will the crappy dialogue let you know. Gone are the stoic resistence members who're trying their best to rid the world of an evil to let people just live as they want and instead you have.... mid-late 60s counter culture.... in 1961.

Whoever you pick as your friend from the war becomes a fucking useless mess.

Even dear old Max Hass isn't safe, going from gentle giant capable of great feats of strength to some sort of Hodor-like Idiot Savant.

Oh, yah. It was hilarious. It was a one-off fundraiser, apparently. He died and died and died, and that was just the tutorial. It's like he had no concept of cover or aim, just pray and spray. He finally dialled it all the way down to "don't hurt me" and still he died and died.

I'm not a great gamer, so it felt awesome to see someone suck so hard. Especially someone as detestable as Wu.

The whole premises of the game is just nonsense, the KKK opposed the Nazis during WW2, as did the American mafia.

The real threat during the 2nd world war was Mexicans as Germany was actively trying to get them to invade the US.

I played this about 2 or 3 hours last night. So far it feels like Cut Scene: The Game. Go play the first or the Wolfenstein 2009 one, at least they had real game play in those.

That's an exaggeration, I'm 14 hours in, but I've done side missions, played on the second hardest difficulty, and restarted when stealth got fucked. It gets a bit tedious towards the end, and is nowhere as good as the first. Killing off you know who for random blackxploitation lady was a huge, huge fucking mistake.

You should have had your companion from the first game be the leader in that case, not her. Or Caroline. She's just a terrible fucking character and a stereotype all around. I honestly did not give a shit about her and this random nobody knows more about tactical planning than everyone from the first game? Give me a fucking break. Her entire resistance 'movement' was cowering in a penthouse in a nuclear wasteland. Fuck, the NOLA preacher was more of a fighter than her at least, leading a ghetto uprising.

She's just a shit character and a terrible stereotype who should have been relegated to second string.

I hope they make the third game better, it seems to be the case of "its a trilogy so we're gonna half ass the second game".

I'm a bit disappointed, there are no real boss fights and the characters whether they are Nazi or Freedom fighters seem to have dropped 50 IQ points with the exception of Max. At least with Frau Engel you can make the excuse it's because of her disfigurement, lovers death, and daughters betrayal.

But eh, I'm probably going to buy the third game just to shoot more nazis.

Also, anyone getting mad that a black woman living under a Nazi regime calls BJ and others "white boy" are fucking retarded. That's the nicest thing she could have called him, AND her husband is white ffs.

Reused scenarios, reused enemies and assets seems to be the main focus here.

There is a new gimmick/move to differentiate the NEW character from B.J..

Just to add salt to a plot full of wounds the main character here is a quarterback named Joseph Stallion.
