I am not a Phil follower and am entirely ignorant of him beyond what's been covered on KC. I popped into this thread on a whim last night and holy shit, it's got me rolling. "Outdoor boating," "egg with a hole," "flaming gun" -- just amazing.

Phil, like Dale, loves to fuck up terms and phrases all the time, maybe because of brain damage. "Offer" becomes "offering", just like how "morale" becomes "morality". For every "Mouth drooling retard", there's a "protruding in your mom"

Someone could start a Phil's Robust Vocabulary series, like Dale has "70IQ scholar compilation"

I think its genuinely just because he is so sheltered and never talks to anyone apart from his own chat.
From a psychological perspective what he does I think isn't that much different from some guy who just rambles to himself all day with no outside contact.

So me and my mo-waife went to a restaurant, okay? And, she ordered the 'all-you-can-eat-everything' which made people panic for some reason. *Soygull squawk* Our server said the dumbwaiter wasn't working, and it would take a bit longer for each food trough to be brought to the table. As the server walked away, I said to my roommate "Khat, isn't it weird that our dumb waiter referred to himself in the 3rd person like that? Right? So stupid..."
