Not a misuse, but holy shit.... in an incredibly smug and snarky tone he said "SO GET A JOB! AHHHACKACKAAAAACK! Uuuuuuusually when you're struggling financially, what you do is you seek emplooooyyyymeeeeeent, you do some work in exchange for work you get financial compensation, then you can spend compensation on whatever you waaaaaaant, like a suuuuuuub!"

Hoooolllllyyy fuuuck I wanna personally drag this mouth drooling schlub chief by his fat fucking belly rolls outside his hou-Office™ and curb stomp him on his patio.

I'm glad you mentioned this because I was trying to think of how to describe it in words. He takes on the same tone of voice when he hits the goal and says "the coffers have been fiiiiIIIllled!" or anything else with his lame "kingly" larp.
It almost seems like he's trying to condition people to respond positively if he criticizes them with the same tone as when he hits the goal.
Either way I also prayed his head would explode.
