Sleek imperial warships that look like what a military empire with a taste for elegance would use versus Soviet-Steel Green surplus warships of the alliance that look like they were manufactured by the lowest bidder.
Old 90s anime designs that look like real people and have proper facial features

both sides: Overdesigned 3D abominations and complete character redesigns that would be at place in any other anime but this one.
I keep screaming but god wont answer.
Every single character and ship design in DNT sucks balls. What they did to Oberstein and Reuenthal is bordering troonification, ngl.

Alexstrasza's newest redesign in the Dragonflight expansion for World of Warcraft, is an example of making a design that is way too busy looking, and how Blizzard overreacted to the sexual harassment/assault allegations:

This was her original design, back when she was added into WoW in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. Despite the absolute stripper design she had, she was very popular to cosplay as back in the day.

This is her design in Heroes of the Storm, Blizzard's attempted MOBA spin-off game that didn't do so well. Despite her legs being covered up, and her model being larger in shape, she still maintains the motherly vibes, and the larger ness was strangely appealing to some.

And this is her current design in Dragonflight. Before the expansion released, there were several allegations of sexual harassment/assault incidents at Blizzard, some of them being very bizzare. (one accusation said that the milking room, where female employees can breastfeed their babies, didn't have a lock on the door) That resulted in several staff members being shown the door. (although it wasn't clear if those incidents were actually proven to have happened) So Blizzard has gone in the complete opposite direction of female character design, going as far as even replacing pictures of attractive looking women in game, with pictures of fruit instead, as a way to "atone" those previous incidents.

There are way too many sharp edges that look sharp enough to hurt if you bend your body in the wrong way. Also, her outfit looks way less practical to do stuff while wearing it, namely if you were to cosplay this design, while her older two designs at least didn't have any parts that could get in the way of doing stuff.

Who at EA approved the PS5/XSX cover of Madden 23?

Look how many chins the late Madden has.

This cover is better.
The context of that first image makes it a better cover IMO. I know he's better known to younger people as a broadcaster/the guy the game is named after, but that first cover is his celebration after finally taking those 70's Raiders to win a Super Bowl, which cemented his resume as a HOF coach.
You don't get the below Madden without him finally reaching the top as the above Madden.

The pointless scribbles and play designs being printed in white over a light background, on the other hand...

I hate how they made CoD points from earnable currency (Black Ops 1) to purchasable currency (Black Ops 3 onwards).

As I mentioned in the MTG thread, the Red version of Akroma has a new Secret Lair art, but the art is a massive downgrade. Here's the original artwork, as well as Terese Nielsen's version:

And here's the new art in the Secret Lair:

While the art itself isn't awful as some of other MTG's recent art designs, the new art is an example of ignoring what a character's design is about and why, in exchange to try to cover them up for the purpose of things such as ESG.

The lore of Akroma is that she was an angel that was created by the wizard Ixidor, as an idealized version of his late girlfriend, Nivea.
