He was scum and wore dresses. Looked like Lucifer. Probably was some sort of autistic demon entity sent to destroy mankind.Smartphones ruined the internet and the individual. Steve Jobs was the harbinger of social doom.
I love that, it feels 100% like something the Old Testament would say if Hebrews had modern technology and the same ancient attitudes.God and his Temple's Constructor says the internet should only be accessed through desktop and laptop computers with 640x480 resolution screens, and cell phones should always be in the flip-phone form factor. Anyone who says otherwise should be killed with an A-10 Thunderbolt cannon.
I feel for you. I think the greatest help for combating addiction of any kind is to really understand why it has rooted in your psyche ( and I don't mean gleaming an understanding through the basic neurochemistry). You have to look at how the addiction is making you feel, and from there you can find what deficit in your personhood your feeding with the addiction . Stay Holy!!!✞I struggle with internet addiction, so I really don't like how mandatory smartphones are these days.
A combination of FOMO and sheer boredom with everything due to anhedonia.really understand why it has rooted in your psyche
There is no solution to complaining about the progress of useful technology apart from people changing behavior on their own.. ib4 fedpostingYes. Smart phones and their consequences etc etc
Smartphones created social media and with it 24/7 news stations that make shit up to feed their need for content. They've created a zombie class of NPCs who are mentally, visually and now auditorily distracted to the point of becoming meat-bags.
Not only that, but we have no piled more risk on shit that could fail that would end humanity; Water, Heat-source (gas) electricty and Internet.

I agree. I avoid anyone who gets a phone out mid conversation, eats with their phone at the table or is an insufferable NPC.There is no solution to complaining about the progress of useful technology apart from people changing behavior on their own.. ib4 fedposting
