Still aggravated assault. I guess no theft but in these cases the amount of money stolen isn't really a factor in sentencing compared to the assault charge.

I once read a story about an old lady who went into a bank and pointed an obvious toy gun at the teller, jokingly saying "stick 'em up!" She was still arrested.
