No because there will likely be lingering mental illness and unresolved issues that got them into that predicament in the first place.
This is the actual answer. Trannism can be rapidly onset, but its never spontaneous. Healthy well adjusted people do not randomly turn into trannies for no reason.
Having been a tranny for any reason at any point in your life is not a red flag, its an invitation to a vexilology museum for communist paraphernalia.
Is it possible to become a normal person after trooning out?
Well, that require the person to overcome whatever underlying mental illness it was that caused them to troon out in the first place, overcome the ideology they had that made them think it was a solution and overcome their social circle that enabled them.
Ontop of that they're going to have to overcome the psychological damage that trooning out socialy would do, and if they medically transition also overcome the psychological damage of having a broken body for the rest of their lives would do.
And of course they would still be left with the broken body no matter what.
Is it possible for a person to somehow jump all these hurdles and come out normal? Your average pleb fails to be normal with far far far less baggage.
I don't like the idea that any person is too broken to fix/become normal, but just like physical scars never heal, mental ones don't either.
Maybe they fade, but they never vanish completely, and at the end the day, some changes, physical and/or mental, really are irreversible.
This is what we used to have nunneries and monasteries for in the past.
