I assume a bear who identifies as a man will be like a black person who wants to be seen as white, they will try very hard to fit in and impress the humans.
They'll see you walking up and immediately be like "Oh shit there's a human coming, does my shirt look good? Better get up on my hind legs here..." then they'd politely growl at you "garroo grrr grrrrrlg *sniff* *grunt* grrr" and then they'd reach their paw out to shake. Then you'd shake their paw.

Afterwards they'd probably keep trying to hang around you and you might do that if you wanted to hang out with a bear in the woods. That's up to you. I might chill with the bear depending on how impatient I was feeling, I wouldn't want to leave too quickly and have the bear think it did something wrong and beat itself up even though it tried as hard as it could to fit in with the humans. That would be sad.

So probably a bear who identifies as a man.
