If you choose reading minds, you gain the ability to read minds (obviously). This ability only activates at your discretion, so you’re not going to get overloaded with random thoughts just by walking down the street. You can read one mind at a time, during which your brain will process their mental stimuli exactly how the mind that’s being read is processing it. If they have an internal monologue, you’ll hear that. If they’re a visual thinker, you’ll be able to visualize exactly what they’re seeing. However, if they have an internal monologue in a language you don’t speak, you won’t be able to understand it - your brain is processing the information exactly the same as them, but you don’t have the same language pathways as them.

If you choose the ability to speak every surviving language, you can now speak every language with at least one surviving native speaker at a fluent level. This does not apply to historical languages like Ancient Greek or Latin as they have no native speakers, but it does apply to certain constructed languages like Esperanto because some insufferable redditors raised their kids as native speakers. (There's around 500 IIRC)
This is also a one time thing. You'll keep the thousands of languages you acquired with the power, but In the unlikely event that a new language arises after taking the deal, you’ll need to acquire it naturally.

Can I also feel what they do, if I choose reading their minds? Because part of thinking, even if with words, means I can know vaguely what the intention is. So if they think about killing someone, even if they say it in a language I don't understand, if I can also feel it & is not just like a teleprompter, I'll know what the thought was about.
