Would you still hate China if mao never won?

I'd say they're actually closer to the Reich than historical Marxist Leninist communism nowadays. Almost no socialism (in the wealth levelling sense), state capitalist economy, historical revisionism and Han nationalism. Trying to recreate Glorious Chinese Culture and Traditions after spending half a century deliberately wiping it all out.

Its sort of a bit more complicated. On one hand they're more ruthless capitalist than the US in some ways sometimes. On the other hand you have memorize all sorts of weird commie lingo and systems and theory and make a big show of it. Theres all sorts of weird commie shibboleths that are implemented some of which even ordinary people have to participate in. Its forms this awkward culty hybrid system like the Adeptus Mechanicus where you pray to the gods/implement xi jinping thought before you start your day making a business decision. It also doesn't help that chinese communist doctrine and rules change all the time due to the capricious nature of the party so it makes everything even more disjointed.
