So, while watching this video I noticed that Phil's hand (which incidentally is the one where he got the new handcuffs tat ) looks abnormally large (swollen maybe?). Is it me, or does anyone else see this?

Also, for some reason, he's covering his mouth while speaking in the video. Did someone finally give him a well-deserved punch in the mouth?

(Sorry if this has already been posted. I checked the thread and couldn't find a mention of it.)

His hand isn't swollen, he's just a fat fuck. And he's been covering his mouth a lot recently because he has rat teeth.

I looked for other pictures for reference. His hand looks puffy to me (then again, it was a long day at work and I'm tired). I know that Phil is a disgusting fat fuck, I just don't remember his hands being that fat.
 
Uncontrolled diabetes can cause issues with peripheral tissue perfusion. Add in lots of fat, and you have yourself systemic and/or peripheral edema. Usually the legs are worse.

Swelling like this also happens in shock. But he wouldn't be posting shit if he was in systemic shock.

The possibilities are nearly endless.
 
I find it funny he's self-conscious about his teeth when the rest of him is a fucking train wreck he paid to have done.

Also that hand keeps reminding me of something...

Christ almighty, he looks wretched. How is it possible for him to look strung-out and so damn fat at the same time?

As others have said, could be some sort of edema coupled with the 'beetus, but I think it might just be fat. Considering what a porker he is and coupled with his sedentary lifestyle I think it's the most likely answer.
