Incels are not the male equivalent of this. Having met both in reality, what you're talking about are antisocial perverts with few redeeming qualities. Those most vocally against them are usually of the same stripe. The male equivalent would be the "Sexually oblivious" or "Uptight" - they do not seek relationships or sex at all. You won't find them in an incel forum, you'll find them playing sports professionally, in my experience.
