The codon stop being the end-all be-all to halt DNA retro-transcription is optimistic given that stop codons can be nullified with a single mutation. Out of the 64 possible codons, only 3 are stop codons (UAA, UAG, and UGA). Said codons can mutate into other amino acids instead by virtue of substitution, deletion, or addition of a single nucleotide. If it's a single-nucleotide substitution, the stop codons can possibly turn into Tyrosine, Cysteine, or Tryptophan. Non-conservative missense mutations change from one type of codon into another.
On the other hand, a nonsense mutations will change an amino acid-producing codon into a stop codon. We can also have a frameshift mutation in which the addition or deletion of one or more nucleotides can change the amino acids produced, so instead of A, B, C, it will turn into A, X, Y.
The more I learn about the vaccine, the more I'm convinced this was the single-most expensive duct-tape-and-spit patch job to have ever existed.
I mentioned young children (<10 years old) getting hepatitis from the vaccine. My branch Covidian friend immediately said that it must have been from the virus itself and not from the vaccine. Nevermind the fact that children have been getting sick from the actual virus for about a year and a half before the vaccine was approved for their age range, and no such autoimmune hepatitis conditions were reported en masse beforehand. She also acknowledged that the 60% efficacy rate of the vaccines, but immediately defended it by saying that it at least was better than the Russian Sputnik vaccine's efficacy rate. The delusion runs strong.

If only Germany would get a freaking clue and drop their stupid vaccine mandates. You can't even tranfer through an international terminal there without showing proof of vaccination, which buggers me for anywhere I'd want to go this year. From where I am, every place I want to be has to transfer through Frankfurt or Munich. Such inconvenience. Guess I'll just stay home and go camping in Wales.

They really don't want us living in a bsdemic free place where we don't have to deal with lock downs, qr codes, or even getting the jabs. As if I just heard someone getting arrested multiple times has gotten arrested this time in Alberta some time ago for speaking out the truth of this ongoing train wreck of a decade, if not many centuries, or millenniums to come if this ongoing trend continues here after that makes me consider not wanting to move there. And to go as far as trying to implement that LGTBQ+ propaganda Disney bs that the state is dealing with too. The even sadder part behind this is that fact what I've mentioned here so far has gone on for much longer that I realize. Just wow man.

Apparently the back story from this conclusion was from a distraught sibling in Asia (japan or south korea I forgot which one). One sibling would get bit by mosquitos constantly, while his brother rarely got bit. So eventually he goes into some college and researches this phenomena; and he discovered that it linked to the foot smell. Source: my mum. I'm to lazy to search if its fake or gay because I'm fucking exhausted from work.

Second, one would have to know exactly which genes would cause this effect. Either that, or they're exceedingly clever and approached the problem logically. With a few well-worded search queries, like "mutations that cause infertility", you can pull up articles that specifically point to CYP19:
The details seem very specific and disturbingly realistic, however. I don't consider just that one post to be "proof" of any kind, but it is definitely something that should be followed up on, due to how closely it matches some aspects of the evidence we've already seen.

Do you mean a codon? My genetics training is pretty much non existent, so who knows. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetic_code#Codons The Wikipedia is kind of unclear, but codons are what codes for a protein, so they specify what amino acids come next.

A codon is a set of three nucleotides that specify a particular amino acid.
DNA is made up of four different nucleotides, and proteins are made by stringing together amino acids in a particular order. Since there are 23 amino acids, you need at least a set of three nucleotides to be able to accommodate that number of possibilities (4x4x4 = 64).

DNA uses adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine, and RNA uses adenine, guanine, cytosine, and uracil. DNA is the long-term storage form of a gene, and it gets copied into messenger RNA every single time that gene is expressed to produce a protein. RNA is the working form of a gene and contains a string of codon sequences. Codons are read by ribosomes in three-letter units. As the RNA strand advances through the ribosome, tRNAs test for a 3-letter codon match. If one does not exist, they bounce right off. If a match exists, they lock on, move to the next site in the ribosome, deposit their amino acid to the growing polypeptide chain, and then the empty tRNA moves to the last site to be ejected (and broken down and recycled, later). When the RNA hits the stop at the end, the polypeptide is detached and folds in on itself to become a protein.
This is how genes are expressed and proteins are made in the body. I must stress, this exact process is happening all over your body right now, in fact. Like, every single cell in your body contains up to 10 million of these ribosomes chugging away.
For a pertinent example, the Furin cleavage site in SARS-CoV-2 Spike is made up of the codons CCT CGG CGG GCA, or, in RNA form, CCU CGG CGG GCA. This is PRRA, or Proline, Arginine, Arginine, Alanine. On the Spike protein, this literally consists of those four amino acids linked end-to-end.
Well, actually, that's only a part of the sequence. The actual entire FCS of SARS-CoV-2's Spike is SPRRARS, or Serine-Proline-Arginine-Arginine-Alanine-Arginine-Serine.
Cleavage sites on proteins are the molecular equivalent of a dotted line with a pictogram of a pair of scissors and the letters "cut here". It is fairly common for proteins to be modified (or cut and activated) after they've been translated. Take, for instance, ACE2, the host factor of SARS-CoV-2. Its normal function is to cleave Ang II into Ang 1-7, converting a vasoconstrictor into a vasodilator. Obese, diabetic, and hypertensive people likely have more ACE2 expression. ACE2 enzymes act as a natural, endogenous blood pressure reducer, maintaining vascular homeostasis by converting a hypertensive hormone into an antihypertensive one. This also gives the virus a lot more sites to bind to, but I digress.
The RAAS starts off with the huge molecule angiotensinogen, and through successive cuts, cleaves it down into smaller and smaller chunks that each have their own functions (some of which even oppose each other).
Lots of different hormone systems in the body work like this. They start with a huge precursor molecule, enzymes chop it down and process it, and it converts into different molecules with different effects.
Anyway, back to the furin cleavage site. On SARS-CoV-2 Spike, this site is in the middle, between the S1 receptor binding domain and S2 fusion domain, facilitating cleavage and activation of the protein.
Endogenous proteases like Furin and TMPRSS2 actually help the protein activate. That is, your body's own proteases blindly, idiotically contribute to the processing and activation of the virus's proteins. They don't know any better. They're just chemicals. They can't "see" that they're helping cleave and activate a viral protein.
SARS-CoV-2 Spike's S1 binds to ACE2, proteases cleave S1 from S2, S2 unfurls and digs into the cell membrane, and then it folds back in on itself and pulls the cell and virus together, fusing them and drawing the virus and its genome inside for viral replication to take place.
The mRNA vaccines do something a bit different. They use lipid nanoparticles containing tons of synthetic mRNA, and these LNPs transfect the recipient's cells, ribosomes translate the mRNA into Spike proteins, and then those Spike proteins are expressed on the surfaces of those cells, facing outward.
Huh. Just like they face outward from the membrane of the virus.

It'll feel like Christmas for all of us the rest of this decade as we deal with record high inflation, economic collapse, and potential famine, hyperinflation, and global nuclear war as the Great Reset is accelerated. Have fun working the same or more hours for just enough money to afford gas and a soyburger (since you can't afford a real burger). over heard the news yesterday. apparently the covid vaccine of the pfizer and Moderna variant MAY casue hearts problems although, those cases are really, REALLY rare.
so people who were saying that one-two years ago are in fact NOT conspiracy theorist that deserves to have their lives ruined for Dearing to say the doctors were indeed wrong about the vaccine being safe or, the people complaining about heart issues and having strokes left and right were merely not pretending for clout!
of course, now that covid is "over" no one cares about that and the normie who would threaten you with violence's just a year ago for not wearing a mask will just ignore you now and refuse to admit they were wrong nor apologies for their action!
the real tragedy is the people who were either dumb enough or forced into taking the vaccine are now having heath issues that will probably never be treated nor will they get combination from any of the big-Pharma because some genius thought it was a good idea to place a law were you cant even sue them for damages!
the moral of the story is to never trust those in power when they seem to care for "your" heath. to them, you just a willing guinea pig.
