The Brooklyn Nets have officially ended their tug-of-war with Kyrie Irving over the star point guard’s vaccination status. And Irving, who has refused to get a COVID-19 shot, is unquestionably the winner.

The rapid spread of the coronavirus’s Omicron variant has left gaps on rosters across the NBA. Because positive tests had rendered so many players ineligible, the Nets finally buckled to Irving, who had not played this season because New York City’s vaccine mandate for certain indoor facilities had banished him from home games. To let Irving on the court now, even just for away games, is a drastic turnaround for a team that had sidelined him rather than deploy him part-time. After he cleared the NBA’s COVID-19 protocols on Tuesday, Irving will be eligible to play for the Nets when they travel to Indiana to face the Pacers on January 5.

This resolution of the Nets’ high-profile dispute with Irving is part of a larger problem in professional sports: Confronted with this latest virus surge, both the NBA and the NFL have essentially waved the white flag. They are easing their health rules and sending conciliatory signals to players who have refused to get COVID-19 shots.

Both leagues had adopted a range of health protocols that strongly encouraged vaccination. But now the leagues are choosing instead to cede to the forces of capitalism. Short-term financial concerns are dictating that even as Omicron spreads, games must go on. And if that means holding vaccinated and unvaccinated players to the same standards, the leagues will do it.

After the CDC issued new guidelines Monday that will shorten quarantine times for anyone who tests positive for the coronavirus, the NBA announced that players who test positive will have to isolate for only six days, rather than 10, if they have no symptoms. The NFL and the NFL Players Association quickly announced that players with positive test results can return after five days. Stunningly, the two leagues’ abbreviated new quarantine timelines apply to both vaccinated and unvaccinated players.

Until now, the NFL had rightly made a point of imposing additional burdens on unvaccinated players. For example, unvaccinated players had to undergo daily testing and, when the team traveled, could not fraternize with anyone but team personnel. These rules reflected the greater risk that unvaccinated players pose to others. The rules also created strong incentives: Among NFL players, the policy helped produce a vaccination rate of more than 94 percent—far higher than the rate for all American adults. (The rate for NBA players is even better: at least 97 percent.)

Some of these incentives are still in place. And earlier this month, the NFL suspended the Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown for three games because he brought a fake vaccination card to training camp. But the league started tinkering with its protocols after 150 positive cases turned up in mid-December. With the NFL playoffs looming, this was certainly a convenient time for the league and its health experts to devise ways of getting infected players back on the field faster. Under the old protocols, the Indianapolis Colts’ unvaccinated quarterback, Carson Wentz, who tested positive for the virus earlier this week, would not have been eligible to play against the Las Vegas Raiders this Sunday. Now, with the reduced quarantine time, Wentz can take part in a game that could clinch a playoff berth for his team.

The NFL and NBA aren’t exactly hiding their hand here. They are in the business of keeping business going. The Nets had seven players ineligible under the NBA’s health-and-safety protocols heading into the team’s marquee Christmas Day matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers. Among those left out was superstar forward Kevin Durant, who has since been cleared to play. The Nets have the best record in the Eastern Conference and a legitimate chance to win an NBA championship. Bringing Irving back will lighten the load on Durant—his playing time of 37 minutes per game ranks second in the league—as the NBA enters the meat of its season. And if another COVID surge comes over the team, Irving’s return means one more superstar is available for road games.

As of this week, the NBA has used 541 players this season—a league record. That’s because so many teams had to scramble to sign players to 10-day contracts to compensate for the staggering number of players on the COVID list. Despite that outrageous figure, neither the NBA nor the NFL were ever going to mimic the NHL, which decided to pause its season last week to deal with the surge in virus cases. (To compensate, the NHL also decided to pull its players from the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing to make them available for rescheduled games in February if necessary.)

The NFL and NBA’s latest protocol adjustments are just an extension of what’s going on elsewhere in the economy. The CDC’s decision to shorten quarantine times came six days after Ed Bastian, the CEO of Delta Air Lines, sent a letter begging the agency to reduce the isolation period for those who contracted the virus. Commercial aviation has been hit especially hard by the Omicron surge. Personnel shortages caused by positive tests have caused the cancellation of thousands of flights during a busy holiday season. According to The Washington Post, top health officials decided to reduce quarantine times because they feared far too many essential workers would otherwise be unable to work and industries would be crippled. Yet the new CDC breakthrough-infection guidance—which recommends the same isolation period for unvaccinated and vaccinated people and asks neither to get a negative test before ending their isolation—was even more permissive than many business leaders and sympathetic public-health experts had urged.

From that standpoint, it’s hard to blame the leagues for following a murky, complicated path. However, the shame is that these revised standards show that unvaccinated people will ultimately pay no penalty for adding so much chaos. Anti-vaxxers and right-wingers deemed Irving a martyr for his stance against vaccine mandates, and now he’ll get to play on his terms. As long as Wentz remains asymptomatic, Wentz will get to play, despite not doing his part to end this pandemic. Brown is back on the field and wants the public to forget that he selfishly jeopardized the safety of everyone around him because he lacked the discipline to adhere to the stricter protocols for unvaccinated players.

In the end, the NBA’s and NFL’s policies have emphasized two things—keeping fans entertained and keeping teams and athletes working. The players who have refused vaccines now know that, regardless of the disruption they have contributed, the desire to keep revenue flowing is on their side.

There is a sequel, but I feel that should be in a different post.

I knew the moment I read this that it wouldn't be an actual man, that it'd be an anorexic FTM who transitioned in order to feel better about an eating disorder. "Long covid" will be the new "gastroparesis" for munchie anorexics who want to hide their disordered eating behind a physical issue.

Also, the XKCD comic above is the fucking stupidest thing I've ever read and my brain rotted out of my head in pure disgust and cringe.

what the fuck is wrong with these people

Did people just...miss the part where he lied through his teeth about the Wuhan gain-of-function research program?
It's the unity messaging. It means normies will always cater to the most neurotic and histrionic of their peers so they aren't upset. Some might believe it, others just want more followers on socials.

One of the first things in 2022 I'm grateful about is the fact that years of having my attention span become utterly fried by chronic Internet use, exacerbated in particular by becoming even more online once covid lockdowns began, has made me incapable of focusing enough to read that xkcd comic beyond partially glancing at the first panel, which means I' m probably never ever going to have to be subjected to the experience of reading it in full.

OTOH you just know it's going to be so cringe that your mind just naturally protects you by having you look away...maybe it isn't really fried attention span.

Would you buy a used car from this man? No?

Would you let him inject something in your body with zero liability?

Dutch cops set attack dogs on protesters.

I've never seen fucking dogs used on demonstrators, so that's a new one.

The people were out protesting a new lockdown in Holland to stop the spread of the sniffles.

The police better be careful, they're out numbered a 100:1 at these protests.

@Ultima Ratio Regum You know if we were going through an actual dangerous pandemic, I would look at these pictures and applaud the collective effort of humanity of trying to maintain the status quo while taking reasonable and effective precautions. But since Covid is a nothingburger, all I see are pictures of current day clown world. Sad!
If there was a real, dangerous pandemic, the overwhelming majority of those efforts wouldn't be necessary. Most people would be barred inside their houses, doing everything humanly possible to avoid infection. There'd be little of this half-hearted compliance that you see.

Happy New Year's, here's a bit of news to kick off 2022. Also, a reminder that the Supreme Court will be hearing the challenges to the OSHA (private employer) and CMS (healthcare workers) mandates on Friday, so get your popcorn ready.

USA CoVax Mandate Legal News Roundup -- Kids and Combat Aircraft Edition

More good news for everyone worried about the chilluns -- the Head Start federal vaccine and mask mandate (the one that required schoolkids as young as two years old to mask in school) is now suppressed by not one but two injunctions in a total of 25 states. (Archive)

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty wrote that the Biden administration unlawfully bypassed Congress when ordering that workers in Head Start programs be vaccinated by Jan. 31 and that students 2 years or older be masked when indoors or when in close contact outdoors.
Doughty, an appointee of then-President Donald Trump, wrote that the separation of powers is crucial to the country’s founding and quoted former President Ronald Reagan, who said “the nine most terrifying words in the English language are, ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’”

“If the Executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the Legislative branch to make laws, then this country is no longer a democracy — it is a monarchy,” Doughty wrote.
Doughty’s ruling is similar to a Friday ruling in which a federal judge also blocked the Head Start mandate in Texas.

Saturday’s ruling affects Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming and West Virginia.

Meanwhile, a coalition of employees at Boeing and Raytheon are piling on with yet another lawsuit against the federal contractor mandate. (Archive) That one is already blocked by a couple of injunctions, but the more, the better.

Seven employees from both Boeing and Raytheon filed a lawsuit questioning the legality of the federal vaccine mandate.

Their goal is to stop these companies from implementing the mandate on January 18th, which could set a precedent for other federal contractors as well.

At this point, there's a pretty clear consensus that's formed in the courts regarding the non-military federal mandates, and it's hostile. While none of this is controlling of the Supreme Court's upcoming decision this week, you can bet this is something they'll take notice of. I don't think the legal war over mandates as a whole is over, but I expect Q1 or Q2 2022 will be the point where the action shifts from the federal to the state and corporate policy levels.

It's like seeing the crazy shit people did to help mitigate the situation in Chernobyl, only to learn the motherfuckers were shovelling radioactive shit because the government told them if they don't they might stub their toe. The pictures with the kids standing in circles looks exactly like that part from the game Inside where you have to make sure you're marching at exactly the same pace as every other drone.

Welp. The vaccine apartheid has hit.

They're still touting the line that vaxxes are somehow gonna end the pandemic and that its unfair for the obedient little sheeple. Scapegoating language of the coofers solely being the spreaders is being used. Anyone who even looks at other countries and their cases should get a hint that their products are a failure.

I'm gonna find out in the next few days how bad it's gonna get, but the guy on TV just outright stated that they'll be relying on the private sector to make this happen. They also have so called "essentials" that are carved out - like buying food.

They offered the test exemption, but its a 2 weeks on going, which is basically all but mandating it because this is the third world - the costs are prohibitive. There was a real bold moment where he flat out said that this is to make life difficult for dissenters.

I'm watching the Netflix series "For Life" that had some episodes filmed during the pandemic and it's really cringe to see some of the scenes now, here we have a prison scene where they're doing social distancing where the prisoner on the right is covering his face using his arms and the lady picks up the mask for the sake of approaching him. The main character on the left of course doesn't need a mask.

Noticed this posted on Vox Day's blog

Sympathy levels for those having their immune systems and life expectancy destroyed by the vaccines is pretty fucking low at this point.

You know that Covid is now the common cold but you'll still roll your sleeves up?

The push to continue with the vaccine program even though Covid is now a total nothing burger is deeply troubling. It also gives us an understanding as to why they're continuing with the lockdowns and mandates in many countries, they need to get the vast majority of people jabbed ASAP to eliminate the control group and cover up the crime. In my country 95% of the population has complied which is why we aren't getting locked in our houses again even though Omicron Covid is ripping through the population at a breath taking rate. The state boot is not to control a virus it's to get us vaccinated, one has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

American Thinker talked about this as well.

People are dying but not the ones you think for the reasons you think

By Andrea Widburg

While the mainstream media, at least in 2020, tracked deaths with the fanaticism of an insurance company, they’ve always lacked accuracy. That’s why it matters when a major American insurance company, which is in the business of accurate data about deaths, announces that Americans in the 18-64 age bracket are dying in unprecedented numbers. The same data suggests that these aren’t COVID deaths, which makes them much more sinister.
OneAmerica is a major insurance company located in Indianapolis with annual revenue of around $2 billion and total assets of around $74 billion. This is not a fly-by-night internet “insurance” company. OneAmerica is the real deal, selling both individual and group life insurance, and it has data and actuarial tables that go back 145 years. It’s also a progressive company that boasts about “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” right on its home page. In other words, it’s not some “scary” right-wing reactionary firm.
During a news conference last week, OneAmerica’s CEO, Scott Davison, had a startling announcement—working-age Americans are dying in unprecedented numbers:
“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica,” the company’s CEO Scott Davison said during an online news conference this week. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”
[snip]
Davison said the increase in deaths represents “huge, huge numbers,” and that’s it’s not elderly people who are dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64” who are the employees of companies that have group life insurance plans through OneAmerica.
“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic,” he said.
“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.”
More remarkably still, these are not COVID deaths. Instead, they are totally different death count from the COVID count the media insisted we know during Trump’s last year and jettisoned during Biden’s first year.

At the same conference, Brian Tabor, the president of the Indiana Hospital Association, spoke about the tremendous caseload in hospitals, not from COVID, but from all sorts of other things. He added, “unfortunately, the average Hoosiers’ health has declined during the pandemic.” Indeed,
In a follow-up call, he said he did not have a breakdown showing why so many people in the state are being hospitalized – for what conditions or ailments. But he said the extraordinarily high death rate quoted by Davison matched what hospitals in the state are seeing.
And here’s the death data you’ve all expected to see:
The number of hospitalizations in the state is now higher than before the COVID-19 vaccine was introduced a year ago, and in fact is higher than it’s been in the past five years, Dr. Lindsay Weaver, Indiana’s chief medical officer, said at a news conference with Gov. Eric Holcomb on Wednesday.
In other words, more Americans are dying since the vaccine than ever before. That last paragraph may be the beginning of a huge, upcoming bolus of evidence showing that the anti-jabbers were right all along: The injection that rejoices under the misnomer of a “vaccination” is, instead, a life-taker, not a life-saver.
The two years of COVID mismanagement, though, may also mean that myriad other health conditions are causing these deaths. Those people whose chronic or fatal conditions (e.g., heart disease, cancer) went untreated with lockdowns may finally have succumbed. We may also be seeing the terrible assault on immune systems, not from jabs, but from depression, economic stress, substance abuse, lack of exercise, lack of sunlight, and lack of human contact.
The one thing that’s clear is that the bean counters whose businesses depend on getting the numbers right are telling us that Americans’ health under Dr. Fauci in Year One and the Biden administration and Fauci) in Year Two has been disastrous. We can expect Year Three to be equally bad because the same management is in place. The only thing that will change this trajectory is to throw the bums out, first in the November 2022 election and again in the November 2024 election. Their mismanagement is killing us.[/QUOTE]

The pro-vaxx had gone in a uproar against HCQ and Ivermectin. Will they go now against....viagra who's ironically made by Pfizer?

Viagra—is there anything it can’t do?

By Andrea Widburg

Viagra is proving to be a miracle drug far beyond its ability to reinvigorate men’s sex lives. The latest miracle Viagra apparently performed is pulling back from the brink of death a woman who had been in a 28-day long COVID coma.
Viagra (aka Sildenafil, its chemical name) was a 1989 Pfizer invention intended to treat heart-related chest pain. By 1998, both the United States and the European Union approved it for medical use. But nobody thinks of chest pain when they think of Viagra. What they think of is the fact that it is a miracle drug for men suffering from erectile dysfunction.
That’s not all that Viagra does, though. Because it works on the arterial system, it can also affect pulmonary arterial hypertension, Raynaud’s phenomenon (a potentially dangerous circulatory problem), altitude sickness, and other types of heart disease. Some athletes also take it off label, claiming that, because it expands their blood vessels, it adds to their aerobic capacity. There are also some indications that it helps women who experience sexual dysfunction.
234925_5_.jpg

In addition to those useful functions, there are now indications that the little blue pill can help treat COVID. This makes sense, given that COVID has proven to attack the pulmonary arterial system. In England, Viagra may well have saved the life of an asthmatic nurse:
A nurse who spent 28 days in a Covid coma fighting for her life has been saved after medics gave her Viagra as part of an experimental treatment regime .
Double-jabbed asthmatic mother-of-two Monica Almeida, 37, from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, was admitted to hospital on November 9 after testing positive for coronavirus on October 31.
She was moved to intensive care a week later before doctors put her into an induced coma on November 16.
Mrs Almeida says they were just three days away from having her ventilator turned off when her condition started to improve and she woke up on December 14.
When she woke up doctors at Lincoln County Hospital revealed they had given her a large dose of viagra as part of an experimental treatment regime that she agreed to before going into a coma.
The erectile dysfunction drug enables greater blood flow to all areas of the body by relaxing the walls of blood vessels, and Mrs Almeida says it caused her condition to improve in just a week and the level of oxygen she needed to drop by half as it opened up her airways.
Both our government and medical establishment, with their blind fealty to a vaccine that doesn’t prevent COVID, are determined to block all treatments, especially early intervention. However, the fact remains that there are apparently a lot of ordinary medicines that can prevent COVID deaths.
Now we can add Viagra to a list headed by Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. It sure would be nice if they were properly studied on patients in the early phases of COVID, long before the patients need extreme measures.

That 40% number is probably true but I'll need a closer breakdown. Cause of death at age 18 is obviously far different than 64, like normally from 18-40 the leading cause of death is car accidents and suicide. Right now it's probably boomers age 55-64 dying of otherwise treatable stuff thanks to how for two years the only disease that matters is the one Fauci, Daszak, etc. created in Wuhan.
I've never seen fucking dogs used on demonstrators, so that's a new one.
It was very common in Alabama, Mississippi, etc. back in the 1950s.

New NHS figures show that thousands of people injured in household accidents were admitted to English hospitals during Covid-19 lockdowns.
The 2020/21 figures for England were obtained by the PA news agency and found accidents fell in many categories as people spent more time indoors.
But numerous incidents, including eight people over the age of 90 who needed hospital treatment after falling from playground equipment, were recorded.
DIY disasters injured many more.
Data from NHS Digital showed that more than 5,300 people were admitted to hospital after falls from a range of playground attractions such as swings and slides.
While the average age of these adventurers was nine-and-a-half years old, dozens of parents and grandparents were also injured.
Meanwhile, as thousands of people turned their attention to household DIY tasks, more than 5,600 amateur builders required hospital attention after coming into contact with an electric hand tool.

Don't have time to add up the numbers, but they're talking about tens of thousands of people who were injured during the lockdowns by various means, with unknown tens of thousands more potentially unrecorded. This isn't accounting for mental health deterioration. There's no account of the number of deaths from these activities, but I can bet it was higher than average.

I can also bet with some confidence that the majority of these people were recorded as covid cases and covid deaths.

Politics for all was suspended on twitter- assumedly for posting about Sajid David's claim that we 'must learn to live with COVID' and Specsavers showing a weird way of supporting Politics for All by changing their name to Glasses for All (??)
Anyway the NHS is fucked (what's new) - 110,000 staff missing on NYE, 50,000 of which were sick or self-isolating due to COVID, other 70k probably taking advantage of self isolation rules to party or stay at home (a) with
Lincolnshire declaring a "'critical incident' over "extreme and unprecedented" staff shortages. It says it is "unable to maintain safe staffing levels" leading to "compromised care" across its sites" (a)
BTW who saw that the guy who broke into Queen Lizzy's house with a crossbow partially blamed lockdown for his spiraling mental health? That story was dropped quick.

Sad!
I still remember when our Jewish ghoul Jerôme Salomon was announcing, every evening, the amount of deaths for the day. He compared COVID to the black plague, which killed almost half of Europe's population in the XIVth century.
During said plague, people of all ages, of all health conditions, would die, massively. Ill people and only them would be confined away from the others.

This comparison was stupid because we immediately knew that 99% of the cases were old people, or individuals with other diseases/poor health conditions. Yet the hysteria was still manufactured. The entire population was subjected to iniquitous, over-the-top, counter-productive even, measures. Full lockdown, (useless) masks everywhere for everybody. Non-COVID diseases would not be treated by doctors, people could not even bury their loved ones.

Even if you consider that those measures, and many others, smaller and stupider even (for example, in some places of France, the transportation of musical instruments was illegal), were useful, one of the main, most obvious problems, that could appear to anyone, was their INCONSISTENCY.

They ruined the lives of honest, hard-working people and shut their businesses. They told us we could not meet outside, have a drink, talk, whatever. They threatened us even if we went to vast, open, empty spaces, beaches, forests. Measures were applied in full force in small villages, with patrols and drones.

They notably made a huge shitstorm about some Christian gathering in Alsace that would create a huge "cluster" and potentially kill thousands, which obviously did not happen. Yet they allowed, officiously or not, the massive protests in favour of the Negro criminal George Floyd, which also took place over here. This scenario would repeat itself every time there was a "good" demonstration, or gathering, that would please the media and the authorities. Or one that could be controversial to end. A few weeks ago, for example, when Algeria won the Arabic cup soccer competition, the many Algerians living in France could assemble and celebrate on the streets at night when it was supposedly forbidden. The police intervened, but timidly. They were much more enthusiastic against the Yellow Vests back in the days. Oh, and the New Year "tradition" perpetuated by our wonderful diversity went on, as always, with at least 900 cars being burned across the country. "Less than 2019", the government rejoices. Yeah…
There are many more things.

For example, the way they released early thousands and thousands of inmates from jail, some of whom went on and committed crimes and assaults again instead of serving their full sentence.
Or, one of the most blatant proof that this is all gigantic bullshit, the way ILLEGALS could freely cross borders, both in Europe and the US, potentially spread much more dangerous diseases, while normal citizens could not travel abroad and often in their own country.
The same rapefugees Pfizer does not want to "vaccinate" because they fear lawsuits for harmful side effects.

All this for what?
2% hospital admissions in 2020 were COVID-related. They even removed 5700 more beds from the "saturated" hospitals in 2020 (which are, in fact, saturated every single year). Mortality was comparable to the flu, not the aforesaid black plague. In Italy, they revised their "COVID deaths" and concluded that approximately 4000 people died of COVID alone since February 2020 (as of October 2021), not the 110,000 initially presented, who had one to five other serious comorbidities.

It also shows what we already knew, that young people and children DO NOT die, or even get sick most of the time, of COVID. Making all the pictures I've posted here completely stupid and devastating for the kids' development. And as of 2022 in France, children as young as 6 now have to wear their muzzles, and even have several autotests each week for middle schoolers

Then, there were the promises. The fake promises. Lies, not mistakes. I'll keep focusing on the French situation since it's the one I know best and experiment daily, but it could be declined to many other places, sadly.

They said that the "sanitary pass" would never be a thing. They lied.
They said "vaccination" would end the "pandemic". They lied.
They said the virus would disappear if 75% of the people were "vaccinated". They lied.
They said one dose of vaccine would be necessary, maybe a second one for immunocompromised individuals. They lied.
They said two doses would be the end of it. They lied.
They said the "sanitary pass" would stop on November 15th, 2021 and could not be extended. They lied.
They said the optional third dose of "vaccine" would not be required to obtain the "sanitary pass". They lied.
They said the "sanitary pass" (where negative tests or COVID recovery certificates were allowed) would never become a "vaccine" mandate. They lied.
They said the "pass" was not a mandatory "vaccination". They lied.

Oh, and:
They said the "vaccines" were safe, 100%. They lied.

That could be a post of its own, obviously, with all the official data and the many testimonies available, but I'll stick to the official narrative (lies). Many countries, France included, recognised that "vaccines" could be more harmful, at least to people in good shape, than COVID itself. They rarely phrased it this way, however. Some were even banned afterwards.

The time when they would tell us the fake number of deaths everyday is long gone. Now, it is the number of "cases", from tests whose viability is contested by its own creator (who died conveniently in 2019).

They do not tell us if the "cases" are actually sick people or not. This is purely scaremongering.

But by the way, why so many cases if so many people are "vaccinated" around here?
Well, here I go again…

They told us "vaccinated" people would rarely get the virus. They lied.
They told us "vaccinated" people could not transmit the virus. They lied.

From two doses forever, to a third dose six months after, to one dose every four, maybe one month, maybe less, the narrative sure has shifted. With special "vaccines" for "Omicron", too. And pills, maybe. The ones who will fraud the vaccine mandate will face up to 5 years in prison, more than rapists.
Now, the people who don't want their "boosters" are as guilty as the unvaccinated, and treated as such. Which is used to justify the fact that recent German and Danish figures show the overwhelming majority of new "cases" are "vaccinated".

The people who still think this is about a virus are either poorly informed or plainly retarded.

Addendum from my previous post: the "pass", besides, is also mandatory in… hospitals, of course. If you have cancer and you don't want to play Russian roulette with that useless at best, harmful at worst "vaccine", no treatment for you! Of course, your taxes will still fund free healthcare for illegals (!).

And "vaccination" is mandatory for the medical personnel, which has led to many dismissals, in a country that's supposed to be in desperate need of doctors and health workers. Meanwhile, it takes months to get treated for other medical conditions, especially in the less-populated French provinces and countryside which became "medical deserts" for years now.

TO FRENCH READERS:
A well documented, regularly updated 347-pages document titled "COVID-19: The Great Nightmare" can be consulted and downloaded here. It it is not flawless, but much more exhaustive.

It treats all the aspects I've mentioned previously and many more, such as the many conflicts of interests and other "shady" aspects (not necessarily hidden however, just not spouted by the MSM, wrongfully "debunked" on the contrary), the harmful effects of "vaccines", etc. For this post, as an answer to @Flea Man Marbles, I've sticked to what the general public could immediately grasp based on the informations they got from the MSM over time.

It also demonstrates how said media (highly state-subsidised in France, with taxpayers' money) are just tools of mass manipulation that only "debunk" informations the authorities want to dismiss (whether temporarily or for good). An example with the origin of the virus:

Headlines fully contradicting themselves. From the same outlets.
Initial definitive statements: "no, the virus has not been artificially made. no way. impossible. fake news. hoax. conspiracy theory. mental illness" to "oh, maybe. we can't put away this theory. we might investigate. at some point. the hypothesis is back."

One of the few (formerly) mainstream media which provided contradictory (and truthful) informations was France-Soir, which was not financially dependent from the State, and which became, and still is today, demonised and ostracised from the "allowed" sources.

Here's an example of France-Soir's salubrious work. BFMTV, one of the most watched French news channel, featured, in a grotesque manipulation we've already seen before, a "regretful unvaccinated" on his hospital bed. The thing is, we learnt afterwards that the man in question was named Francis Palombi, who was furiously calling for "vaccination" and texting Emmanuel Macron months prior to his supposed hospitalisation. Caught on Twitter, he would answer "Bad comedian, I assume. Sincere at least. I stand by my convictions." The audacity… A lawsuit has been filed.

One thing is certain: this is not the end of it.
Like in other countries such as Austria or the UK, France has announced that the military, as well as other mercenaries, would be allowed to "vaccinate", and get paid twice the minimal wage for that.

Such scenes could become common sooner than we think.

Speaking of money, not to mention the enormous gains of drugmakers and their associates, I could also evoke the tremendous amount of cash gained by doctors, nurses and "vaccine" propagandists since the beginning of the "pandemic" (it reached such indecency, up to 750 euros per HOUR, that they had to slow it down a bit. They still make a ton of cash, though), who are pretty much bought to jab. Which makes those amongst them who refused the "vaccine" even more courageous and admirable. Such as this young doctor who worked in a French village, who closed his cabinet last month:
"I have had cases of serious side effects in my patient base, which are directly attributable to vaccines, particularly those from Pfizer," he says.
"For me, there was a significant risk, perhaps greater than what we are usually led to believe, so I stopped", continues the doctor, who regrets having to abandon his profession: "For me, it's a real wrench, it tears me apart".

The mayor accused him of creating a "medical desert", as mentioned above. An accusation used by the press in its headlines.

Anyway, now that, like I said, two-dosed folks will not be able to obtain the precious "pass", I'm sure some of them will refuse to further condone this imposture, take part in this circus and risk their health with endless doses. In fact, I already know several people in that situation. However, many more will keep following orders, as irrational and contradictory as they may be. Society is divided, families are divided. On Christmas, 20% of the French refused to see an unvaccinated relative; 30% for boomers.

As hard as the situation may be on a family, professional, social, financial aspect, I can once again only encourage those who refuse to enforce these measures by admitting their legitimacy. If more people say no to the infinite jabs, they will have to step back eventually.

Just as I was about to send this post, I found out that this morning, a redeemed doctor dropped major truths on TV, creating a tantrum:
This morning, Professor Jean-Michel Claverie was the guest of Jean-Marc Morandini in "Morandini Live" on CNews. The professor of medicine at the University of Aix-Marseille returned, exclusively, to the comments he made a few days ago concerning the Covid-19 vaccine which, for him, "is no longer a weapon" against the coronavirus.

"There are many people who are double or triple vaccinated and who are positive for Covid-19. I don't understand the point of doing a vaccinal pass. What we need to do if we want to protect the unvaccinated is to test whether someone in a room is positive or not. Vaccination is no longer an indicator of non-dangerous contamination for the population," he began.

He added: "The third dose of vaccine is totally useless because we know that after ten weeks, this famous booster disappears. So in ten weeks, we'll have to start again? (...) I don't see any point in reinforcing protection through the vaccine at the moment. "The third dose is useless after ten weeks. We are in an absurd race that has no health justification. At the same time, this disease is presented to us as a catastrophe; on the other hand, isolation times are being reduced. This is incoherent", added the professor.

"I claim that this vaccine - which has been sold in an almost strange, bizarre way through contracts that nobody can read by Pfizer - is almost a scam! (...) I don't understand how Europe could commit to 6 billion doses when we knew absolutely nothing about the effectiveness of this vaccine after two months of clinical trials," continued Professor Jean-Michel Claverie, adding that he had not "yet taken the third dose". These comments provoked a violent polemic on the set of "Morandini Live" on CNews (see video above).
On the contracts he mentions, a handful of brave European MPs had an insightful conference a few months ago, where the heavily censored papers were shown.
He is not the first one to change his mind. We will prevail.

Danish health chief announces end of the pandemic

Despite early fears that Omicron could prolong the pandemic due to its increased level of infection, Ms Krause said it actually could spell the end of the pandemic.

According to the study: 'Omicron is here to stay, and it will provide some massive spread of infection in the coming month. When it's over, we're in a better place than we were before.'

But while infection numbers in countries with the variant are soaring, the expert said that the highly infectious Omicron appears milder than the Delta variant, and therefore more people will be infected without having serious symptoms.

As a result, she said, this will provide a good level of immunity in the population

So herd immunity through natural infection turns out to be a thing after all? Our existence as a species kind of proves that but it's nice to hear it from the experts.

Speaking Monday, she said Omicron's hospitalisation risk was half that of Delta

This is a lie. The only way to get a hospitalisation rate at this level is to vastly under count the number of Omicron cases, which the Danish government has done by classifying most of them as 'unknown variants'. A realistic estimate would put the actual hospitalisation rate at 15% of Delta Covid, assuming that the case detection rate is similar to Delta, which it probably isn't given the far milder symptom expression. Oh and add in the fact that majority of hospitalisations are incidental to Omicron Covid, which even Tony Fauci is now admitting. We have ourselves a common cold. So why the need to mislead the public?

But we want such a good immunity in the population - partly because of new vaccines, partly because people have been infected - that we can handle it as another of the infections we know that come especially in the winter month.'

Yes vaccines that vaccinate against a virus that no longer exists and provide zero immunity to the new variant are 'vital' to us coming out of the pandemic. Do we all see what's happening here? Omicron is natures vaccine, it's out competing the more virulent Covid strain and giving most people an illness on average less severe than the common vaccine side effects. They know damn well that Covid is disappearing as a public health issue and they mean to have the vaccines take some of the credit. Oh and they want to continue to dole out jabs for as long as possible as a cover for the millions of people who will die from taking them. Only option for them is to keep talking up the severity of Omicron Covid while in the real world everyone is either going to get it themselves or see most of their friends and family get it and suffer a runny nose and sore throat. They know their bullshit has a limited shelf life hence the admission that Covid is all but done with.

Actuary tables are a bitch. Politicians and doctors can lie their asses off but the numbers are what they are.

Life insurance premiums are exploding in price, which wasn't happening in 2020 during the height of the airborne AIDS. Why? Because the people who buy life insurance are working age adults and Covid did not materially effect their life expectancy. Now 'something' sure as fuck is. When we start to hear insurance companies screaming about a massive increase in claims brought about by an unprecedented jump in mortality rates among the 30-50 demographics it's a sign that the vaccines are starting to kick in hard. A big tell for me was when I heard about the big banks in Australia suddenly decide to completely exit the life insurance market just before the mass vaccinations started. It's like they knew something we didn't.

I'm hearing all kinds of cope to explain this. Increasing drug and alcohol use during the lockdowns, sure but how many junkies and alcoholics buy insurance policies? Increasing obesity is for sure a thing but that's something that takes decades to show up in the actuary tables and cannot be an explanation for a 40% jump in mortality rates over a few months.

What were the conspiracy theorists speculating as to the likely cause of a mass die off? A cascading and escalating incidence of cardiovascular disease, particularly strokes and various kinds of heart failures. Throw in spiking cancer rates. Do most people know the central role the immune system plays in destroying cancerous cells before they become tumors? Bet they don't.

Omicron has thrown a spanner into the works. 100% they were going to massively escalate the pressure on the unvaxxed in countries with lower vaccine take up, including imprisonment, confiscation of property and ultimately forced vaccination. Anything to eliminate the control group. Now that everyone, particularly the vaccinated, are now catching and recovering from Covid, that's becoming a lot less feasible but as we can see in Europe they're not letting up.
