I was out in the yard moving rocks from one place to another, yesterday, and gave myself a migraine. Heat, dehydration, weird sleep, allergic to hard work, lady problems; bit of all of 'em.

Now today I'm just funky.
Ok but seriously any one or two of those will do it. Watch your hydration, that shit can fuck you up  quick. Especially if you aren't used to breaking a sweat on the regular.

...no, but I'll ask the next coed whose spinal column I severe if the paralysis has a similar effect. Don't be surprised if I don't get an answer besides gurgling in abject fear, though.

Idk have you been spending a lot of time staring at a computer screen? Are you getting tension headaches?

Make sure you relax/stretch out your shoulders and chest.

Yeah, I thought I was on top of things better; my usual job has physical labor, but inside.

I guess today is just the hangover because lol old.
 
Sounds like karma. What'd those rocks ever do to you?

But yeah maybe you pushed yourself in a bunch of ways while low on sleep. My advice is some rest, hearty food and water. Sleep if possible to refresh and rebuild muscles, but it may be too hot for that...
