In the same vein as the review brah thread, this is a feel good thread about a food youtuber that makes good videos. I've made a few of his recipes now and they were good. The honey roasted carrots were great and easy.

For a moment, I thought it was going to be the same people that were behind the old 'You suck at photoshop' webseries.

A quick glance into it proved that they weren't, but I definitely enjoy it. And... I'm going to make some scones this weekend now.

idk man guac is pretty based imo
Guac is good but you basically gotta plan way ahead for it so the avacados are properly ripened, however the Herdez guacamole salsa seems like a great item to keep around since it's been a few weeks since I've cracked the jar and it's still keeping up.

As far as the OP who the hell needs a recipe for honey roasted carrots? As matter of fact I think brown sugar is the better route.

i usually don't eat guac a whole lot. last time i had it was avocado toast and the way i had it prepared wasn't my favorite but I could fuck up a small container of guac with some chips

Avocado toast is foriegn to me as I've never shat on the streets of San Fransisco, slicing that up for burgers is pretty good though.

Having guac made fresh at a Mexican restaurant is the best.

Because they usually dont add garlic so it tastes refreshing and not like sweaty butthole. I swear it's a Californian thing to bombard guac with garlic that has spread everywhere. I like garlic in a lot of things, but it kills a good guacamole.
