-Amber wants us to guess who she is going to hangout with, not realizing there are only two options we can think of--Destiny or Sharla (4:50).

-The girl who uses E.L.F. almost exclusively thinks she should start paying someone to do her makeup for her long days spent sitting in the den (11:10).

-Another self diagnosis, carpal tunnel (12:00). In reality it's most likely caused by using her hands to push herself off of couches/chairs and a strictly sedentary lifestyle.

-Amber addresses the Sims characters her sometimes ass-kisser Zach made of her lol (14:43).

-"I never get sick" (19:25).

-Amber talks weight loss, like the fact that she hasn't lost any weight (21:08).

-Amber brought potatoes to the house and let them rot, so she sprays some perfume to cover the smell (23:57).

-Amber must prove the haters wrong, her cardigan DOES fit (30:25).

-We see Twinkie getting exercise for the first time since Amber got her (31:46).

-Becky "jumps" into a leaf pile, Amber asks her how to jump without hurting herself (32:40).

-Amber is having trouble breathing because she's sick (33:20).

-We see Amber's impressive shadow (35:35).

You're not wrong, it's very possible that she could have carpal tunnel from pushing her body up off of couches/beds/whatever. The strain of her mass on her dainty lil wrists is too much to handle. Her super morbid obesity would be the cause of this self diagnosis
 
Is it carpal tunnel or the beginning stages of neuropathy? That coupled with her shortness of breath, I don’t see her self diagnosing herself with that or I don’t know, asthma or beginning stages of heart failure. ‍♀️

She has diagnosed herself with asthma before, I think exercise-induced asthma. She only mentioned it a few times during Destiny-era as an excuse in combination with gaining weight from exercise as to why she can't exercise. She's also mentioned heart problems before, specifically arrhythmia and another condition where her heart stops and "resets itself". She should be harping on that much more than carpal tunnel, but that won't get pity. Just criticism regarding her weight and health.

Like I mentioned earlier, it's plausible for her to have carpal tunnel from pushing her mass off of couches/beds/chairs/whatever. Her claiming not to self diagnose is hilarious, she'll claim health issues that get her pity like eating disorders and bipolar disorder but her established existing health issues are nothing to her.
