I'm awful at things like this, but it's probably "Children of the Sea" by Sabbath. Awesome intro, great vocals, good imagery, and a killer riff. Hard to get much better from a metal song.

 
It's a tie between Take On Me and Africa. These are the only two songs I can always, always listen to.

There is only one. Skin by Oingo Boingo. Itunes says I've listened to it 373 times in the last three years, but it's at least double that. The studio version is great, but this live one is the best [youtube]ktQfNAUPivc[/youtube]
No matter what version, I love the way they sing the word "armour" towards the end (4:51). Also, the guitar solo at 3:28 is one of the best I've ever heard.
 
"It Was a Very Good Year" is a perfect song. I will spare you my multi-faceted thesis on such (unless you're eager to know), but suffice to say it is everything a song should be and does everything a song should do. And then some.
