Once again Youtube cannot focus on fixing things that their community keeps asking for and keep screwings things up that make no sense. At this point don't be surprised if thumbs down and the counts for it is altered next.

I can see them doing some weird inbetween measure like requiring two accounts to give a thumbs down for it to count as one.
