I like Tom. Because he is more a documentary channel than a reaction.
However he is also a 'reaction channel' (really just an 'interaction channel')
The problem? All documentary channels run out of material- Either due to the subject not being relevant to the new generation, problematic to modern 'sensitivities', or just beat to death (gamergate). There comes a point when all your material = zoomer don't care.
Also, I've caught a lot of his shit being dead wrong. (And he pronounces words incorrectly - because he has only read them, never heard them in conversation, makes me lol every time).
His interactions are boring too. That's why he is a good and real person. Real people /= YouTube.
Wishing someone a Merry Christmas isn't modern content. You need to call them a pedophile and try to get a fan to sext them with inflation porn.
The History channel got boring REAL FUCKING FAST. Nazis reruns only go so far - that's why Ancient Aliens and crab fishing became 'history'.

deorio treats every bit of in-drama like he's getting to be the highschool bully he always wanted to be, and listening to him force cackles like a sperg throughout the call made me unable to even get a proper laugh at flamenco's pathetic self hanging
flamenco is an easy target (and should face the fucking wall), but i'm telling you all it takes is another technicals to come along and make deorio and co look like complete nerds and at least from what I saw in the past, every time deorio gets even a little pushback from viewers he hides behind someone like augie's skirt while augie has to do damage control and convince his audience deorio isn't a loser.

Pretty sure he is never going back.
Even if he was banned, his knowledge in the industry guarantees a job better than he could ever get out of college.
Project lead, editing, analytics, community management, etc....

I am not a fan of tom's current content but the guy is going to be fine entirely.

Going to college doesn't mean you will get a good job ethier you went there to get a degree for.

The purpose of college is to help gain money in some field and tom has money so he is succeeding in a path that works for him.

Yes, after leaking bits of personal information about ChrisTheNarc and Keem's girlfriend, he is now openly doxxing his former mods who have turned on him.
It appears him, Keemstar, DeOrio, Chris (for a short while), and Colton has all gathered on this stream to have a chat to talk things out. Keemstar is also suing Salvo, no idea what chance there is of that ever going through,
EDIT: Salvo left the stream, it was right after SmaggleDagle of all people joined the call, what an absolute disaster.
EDIT 2: LMAO they let PodAwful in there, and from then on the stream just crashes and burns.
Salvo's currently claiming all of the 30 or so girls that said they sexted him are all part of a coordinated effort to slander him. It's clear he's not taking this situation seriously at all, I'm not even sure what his overall narrative is.

If you really think Tom is "successful" for doing drama videos on YouTube, some which granted him the infamy he has now, then alright, more power to you.
What is funny about Deorio though, is that he is in graduate school working on one of the most useless fields you can pick from the STEM branch, unless you're doing some really important research. Fucking marine biology.
Tinfoil speculation: In Tom's video, the one where he announces he dropped out of college, he said that he "consulted" with some of his iNTERNET fwends about his decision. Now, if you look at Deorio's circle of autistic friends, almost no one has finished college or dropped it. Couple that with the fact that he can't shut up about how he "went to caaaallllge", that's not even mentioning the creepy bullshit he wanted to pull with Tommy C by "trying to educate Tommy C's kids because he could do a better job at it", it seems as if he gets a pretty big dopamine rush from being the most "educated" out of his groups of friends.
Finally, even in the comments of Turkey's college video there's a reply from him that reads "should've stayed in school".

I mean college is not a guarantee for anything but it's a pretty good base to start a career or life from. Statistically you're more likely to make more money if you went to college than if you didn't, but not going to college isn't a reason to call someone, especially one as young as Emu Emilio, a failure.
Given how stupidly expensive it is in the USA it's commendable for someone to have the balls to say "Nah I'm good" and try to do something he knows he doesn't need college for. He's been pretty successful as far as college dropouts and YouTubers go, but he's still young so a lot can go wrong very quickly.

There is a lot I have seen and now I have the time to respond.
Tom seems legit from a standpoint of walking a very, very fine line. He's said that if he has an opinion that will life ruin him he just won't say it. Which I think is valid and I can totally see him holding a lot of opinions on all the people he's forced to be friends with online that would be terrible if they went public. He seems to care about making his content and despite the sometimes weak or interesting topics the videos themselves are better than what I think most people are doing in the same style. I mean anything better than TRO or fucking J Aubury.
Slavo being a sex pest made me feel a certain way. Once again I have been shown that everyone being talked about has something to hide.
